This place was by far the best BK I've been to in a long time. From the moment t you walk in, you can see they care. It's clean, and there are crowns everywhere for the kids to choose from. The staff was all phenomenal and really appreciated the compliment I gave them. I'd been driving all morning and stopped here, and I'm glad I did. Thank you to everyone working at the BK in Cookeville this morning.
They first said they didn't have the type of frozen coke I ordered online, but that they had cherry when I went thru the drive thru to pick it up. By the time I got to the window, they said they didn't have frozen cherry or coke drinks. Our food wasn't ready. They asked me to drive forward to wait for my food. They never apologized for any errors or delays. They were just borderline rude the entire time. I will stick with the one across town in the future....
I love ordering through my BK app and then picking up my order inside. The staff are very courteous, friendly, and efficient. They greet me as I enter the doors to pick up my order. I always recieve hot and fresh food at this location and I have never gotten an order that was made incorrectly. I highly recommend ordering from this Burger King even if you have to go out of your way. Oh, and the other bonus about this location, you can actually get in and out of the parking lot...
