When we arrived at the establishment, it was not busy. We entered to find a very neat and clean lobby and counter. We went to the playland area, to see a note on the door that was printed out to say that it was closed. However, there were 2 families inside eating and playing; so we assumed it was old. Later on, we discovered the outside entrance door was even opening. The food was very good and fresh. The staff was super friendly, and even held the door for me as I carried my food in. The child loved the playback amd gave it a 5/5 stars.

The young lady at the drive thru had an attitude for no apparent reason, (I get the service industry is a pain sometimes, been there done that, but you could at least not roll your eyes, and act unresponsive to someone who hasn’t give you a hard time. I’m unsure if I’ve met a real zombie after that interaction ) and they failed to both give me ketchup after asked ( is it like gold or something?) and still screwed up my order, as well as over charged me. And when you’re paying $16+ bucks for two burgers, they could at least not forget the dang cheese. The job just ain’t that dang hard to mess up that much constantly. Just go to a sit down restaurant, they tend to have better service and food anyways.

I had a big order for a company meeting on 3/25. I called it in and they was super nice and had it ready for me on TIME and it was fresh and hot!! Kudos to all of them!! I will be ordering from them here on out

There's one guy on that was disrespectful he's tall works nights and usually there on Friday nights there I believe and he always get our orders wrong or has a problem with giving me what I ask if it's ketchup or a sundae lid anything we ask for but my kids love ketchup like 8 packs a piece so we didn't get our drinks the first time threw the drive threw none of us so we went back around to get them then i asked for ketchup i said if you dont mind i need ketchup a lot of ketchup he hands me two packs for three people then closes the window before I can say anything and there was nobody was in the drive thru line but me everytime me and my kids go there he's disrespectful also he corrects everything we go to the one on spring Street now a lot cleaner and a lot better employees they are very nice! Some people on here might think I'm posting this for attention or pity but I'm trying to make sure people don't get disrespected by someone that hates there job or just likes disrespecting others!

The one in crossville ,is my favorite one. The food is hot ,fresh,servi e is great.Tried the one in cookeville, nopeBurgers were cold,onion rings were too. I might give them another try when I go back there.
