My mom ordered the 2 pc fish and 6 butterfly shrimp meal, I got the 4 pc fish meal, and we got a side of hush puppies to split. Most times, they do well with the food. However, today was different. Mom's shrimp was the smallest she'd ever seen, it was overcooked, and the fried okra was very greasy. The side items were very small portions compared to the usual, as well. The best parts of the meal were the fish and hush puppies, which was unusual for my mom who generally can't stand fish.
Like I said, usually they do much better, but today unfortunately they fell short of the mark.

Take out service leaves a lot to be desired. I placed my order went to the window, then as she gave me my change asked if I wanted sauce. I said yes and was handed what was supposed to be my order. 1st there was no sauce, 2nd I only had one side when I should have had two. And the hush puppies were so hard they weren't edible.

Been going there for some time, i get the four piece fride fish or the shrimp and it's very good, though i would try the fish sandwich this time. Never again ,it was a soggy mess, the bread was soggy as was the fish☹️ dont get them.

The cook on the fish was good. No fault to the local store or employees. This is a product complaint. The Chinese sourced fish is so bad and tastes like sewage. The catfish made me sick and the battered dipped fish tasted poorly. Absolutely disgusting.

Did a pick up order last night and when i picked it up and brought it home the food was luke warm at best and even found a day dot sticker in the mac and cheese. This is the first time of having a bad experience and highly disappointed

This was the first time I ever visited this restaurant, The fish was cold and it was horrible, I had left the restaurant and got on the interstate and was really disgusted when I had seen it was cold. They have lost a potential customer.

Went today Nov 22nd at 6:45pm.. ordered my meal and sweet tea.. the guy working the front and the windows said sorry no sweet tea. I said that's fine I will go to mcdonalds.. he then said if ur mad blame her it's all her fault.. it's all ok I don't care which i replied.. so sitting in thar for about 10 minutes, he stayed at the counter bull crapping and eating a meal from capt d"s from a stayrofoam container with his fingers, no fork , to his lips so many times on the Frontline, fixing drinks, handling food and napkins and etc.. so with this and throwing people under the bus in front of customers by blaming them for stuff needs to be let go.. I sure wished that I was the health inspector!!! Unsanitary on the Frontline by untrained, unsupervised young people....

The food was good. The cashier was cordial. Their ice machine was broken and spitting ice on the floor. Several cashiers walked by and saw it and just kept walking. Then the manager came by. He stopped, stared at it for 15 seconds or so and went back to the kitchen. I thought he would send someone to mop up the puddles of water from the melted ice, but he did not. There were several older folks with canes that had to navigate through this mess.
