Traveling here for business (hard work) from houston, tx and I've come to find out that people from Tennessee are the sweetest people on earth. After a long rough day of work I came tonight around 10pm to dine in, and I am so happy with the attention and service provided by this young beautiful lady I found mopping the floor, I bet she was tired, but that didn't stopped her from providing such a great service. This goes a long way. Thank you so much ❤️

Food was terrible!!! Fish was undercooked and they didn't give us any tarter sauce or forks or napkins and gave my mother an sweet tea after she specifically asked for unsweet. She's a diabetic and cannot have sugar. This place needs to be shut down immediately!!! I'm shocked it's been open this long with this level of incompetence and rudeness. I'm from Memphis and where I come from we take pride in our food and customer service. This town SUCKS!!!

It was horrible. I always get the whitefish and not only did I have to pay for it to be brought to me when I got it, it was burnt. So black I couldn't taste nothing but yeah. The black on the fish it was very disgusting

Came here for fried fish, not sushi. Ate one piece and noticed it was chewy, tried to break my second piece open and saw this. Hopefully I don't get sick! Called to let them know and manager wanted to know what color the raw fish was. I took it back to to them to let him get a good look at it.

Ordered from app and I should have read the reviews first. So it wasn't just me but their food has went terribly wrong. The fish looked different and tasted nothing to what Captain D's fish usually taste like. It was nasty. Chicken was very different too. It tasted like a batter change with garlic added. I did not care for the meal. Fries were warm. I almost feel like the employees already knew it was bad lol compensated by giving a lg drink instead of small as ordered. 🤦♀️
Their 2 piece chicken kids meal is awesome. I get it with hushpuppies. 😋😋😋

My mom ordered the 2 pc fish and 6 butterfly shrimp meal, I got the 4 pc fish meal, and we got a side of hush puppies to split. Most times, they do well with the food. However, today was different. Mom's shrimp was the smallest she'd ever seen, it was overcooked, and the fried okra was very greasy. The side items were very small portions compared to the usual, as well. The best parts of the meal were the fish and hush puppies, which was unusual for my mom who generally can't stand fish.
Like I said, usually they do much better, but today unfortunately they fell short of the mark.

Take out service leaves a lot to be desired. I placed my order went to the window, then as she gave me my change asked if I wanted sauce. I said yes and was handed what was supposed to be my order. 1st there was no sauce, 2nd I only had one side when I should have had two. And the hush puppies were so hard they weren't edible.

Been going there for some time, i get the four piece fride fish or the shrimp and it's very good, though i would try the fish sandwich this time. Never again ,it was a soggy mess, the bread was soggy as was the fish☹️ dont get them.

The cook on the fish was good. No fault to the local store or employees. This is a product complaint. The Chinese sourced fish is so bad and tastes like sewage. The catfish made me sick and the battered dipped fish tasted poorly. Absolutely disgusting.
