Picked up a 50 dollar order threw drive threw a family meal with 2 extra orders of fries to meet up with 4 other family members at the park asked if there were plenty of condiments answer was yes plenty in the bag.big joke received no silverware for Cole slaw no napkins 2 tarter sauce for 10 pieces of fish no cocktail sauce for shrimp and 4 packs of ketchup for 2 orders fries.Ended up throwing our 2 large orders of in garbage because of no silverware.Wow what a disappointment for that much money spent and a disappointment to my family for a picnic at the park,

Order # 257 on 11-20-2023. White Fish n Shrimp skewers here!! This facility and staff and the manager (wherever they was hiding out ).. is a joke. With everyone that was on shift all together didn't make 1 whole brain. No customer service no manners AND even better..no refunds.. even if your food was wrong twice (and I'm no Karen!) Don't waist your time or money at this place (go to McDonald's) and for the lil boy at the counter.. catch me outside young punk.

I have been turned away from this location more than once. The hours posted on their door and website are 10:00 and 11:00 pm for closing. The last time I was turned away we were there shortly after 8:00 pm. They were mopping and said the dining room was closed and since they were closing soon it was take out only. I have contacted Captain D’s to verify hours but heard nothing back. I have spent my last penny there.

Food was great but we were missing items. Sat at the window for about 4 minutes before anyone took our money. By then the order was already ready. The money should have been taken the moment we pulled to the window so that our hot food could have been handed out right then rather than doing the transaction after the food has been handed to me sitting in the car. After calling, they were more than willing to fix the issue and the food was great as always. I've lived in this city my whole life and they've never disappointed when it comes to fresh food.

I saw something yesterday, I have never seen before in my life, and I am 51 years old. I saw a young man in what, I believe to be, his twenties, that very much impressed me. His name is Austin. I watched as he brought an angry customer in front of me in the line down from angry to happy in a matter of seconds. She walked away very satisfied. He has to be the best cashier I have ever saw. Very impressive young man. He goes above and beyond his duties. He makes everyone around him satisfied with their order, and also walk away from him with a smile. Keep up the good work Austin, and thank you for making a bad day, a little more bearable.

My sister went through the drive thru and gave her order and I guess the guy on the intercom had a bad day, but after telling her to pull around he forgot to turn off his mic when my sister and I both heard him state "Hateful bitch I will go out side and kill her! I immediately called the night manager and she said there was nothing she could do. That we would have to go see the manager in the AM. WE WILL NEVER BE BACK AT THIS PLACE TO EAT!! But you can bet that corporate office will hear from us!! Hurley or Cannon (drive thru guys) is about to hear from us!! You do not make a threat on her life because you have a bad night!!The law (Cookeville Police department) has also been contacted!!
