Card readers at the diesel pump don't work and pumps excruciatingly slow. Plus didn't print the receipt, so I had to go inside. And even though they offer Lottery tickets, they don't have a customer available reader.
Back for fuel in November 2025, same diesel pump (2), same problem. Wouldn't let me use my debit card as a credit like every other pump I've ever used. Tried a credit card and it tried to force me to enter my phone number, then it would not let me pass that prompt so I had to go inside. And the diesel pump is super slow, JUST 1 GALLON PER MINUTE!! Silver lining... I was able to run to the washroom while 5 gallons were added and get back in plenty of time to stand around another 6 minutes to wrap up my 22 gallon fill-up. And on top of that automatic shut-off did not stop the fuel making a mess out of the side of my car play leaving a big puddle on the ground.
The pumps have never once printed me a receipt, really frustrating having to wait in line when in a hurry just to get a receipt!
So we are over the road truck drivers and live in Cookeville We have stopped at multiple Casey’s in the mid west over the years and enjoyed the visits and was glad to see one open in Cookeville so we stopped by and just walked around inside and never heard a employee speak to us to say hi,welcome or anything but that’s cool so we went back a few days later to get a snack and bought a couple Casey hand pies in the little boxes my wife got a cherry pie that was a week out of date and I got a peach pie that was two weeks out of date and only noticed the date because it didn’t taste right so I checked the date So I’ve given this place two times and it struck out both times one because of being kind of rude ( we are in the SOUTH so greet a customer) and the second time for sales of out of date food I should not have to check to see if the food is still okay to eat you would expect that the store manager would know that So I think this place SUCKS and I won’t be back and now I’m wishing it had just stayed a marathon at least the employees spoke to you and I would give no stars if I could because food poisoning is not coo
Now I understand why hardly anyone goes to Casey’s.
We just spent $18.60 on gas, but when my boyfriend checked his bank app, it showed an additional $150 charge. Confused, we went inside to ask the cashier. He called the manager, who claimed the bank was responsible for placing a temporary hold. So we called the bank and guess what? It wasn’t the bank at all. It was Casey’s putting a $150 hold on top of what we already paid.
No warning, no signage, no explanation just an unexpected charge that takes 15 minutes (or more) to drop off. That’s not how you treat customers, and it's definitely not how you build trust. Do better.
Always making wrong pizza's. It's not that hard to make a pizza to the order. It literally tells you on the screen, what to put on it and what not too.
My family loves the pizza here, the staff are awesome, some of the former staff were not so great lol
But to be honest they should be paid more for the job so I get being a little touchy.
I have done lots of business with Casey's throughout the Midwest, i thought why not give this new caseys close to us a try, I ordered through the app as I have many times, particularly just for 6 fresh baked cookies. Paid online, order said ready for pickup in 15 mins. I arrived at the store for pickup. Was told we dont have the iced sugar cookies because we dont make them because they dont sell and take over an hour to make. Im sure this must be an oversight in training on what a caseys should be. Nevertheless still not sure i recieved my refund and I have to say this is the worst customer service caseys in the nation. I won't be back to this one. Fresh cookies made to order is simple 10 min process just like pizza, the cookies are usually placed in a pizza box for pickup and hot just so everyone knows what is supposed to happen here. There excuse is they dont have enough staffing they have to put the in the cooler with icing and dont know how and only make cookies once a day. Come on caseys send some training down here in Tennessee!!!
Almost never has receipt paper at pumps. Visited many Casey's in Kentucky and never had a pump to not have paper in them. Store is clean but something is lacking at this location maybe management.
No such thing as a quick stop here so if you're in a rush, go elsewhere.
Nobody at the register had to leave without getting what I stopped for, might as well be closed, gone prior same thing except they came out with in 3 minutes.

Already submitted my complaint thru the website email regarding not getting receipt for proof of purchase.
Casey's sausage cheese pizza is the best. I've ordered pick up several times and the pizza has been hot, fresh, on time and good price. Easy to order from the app and website. Can't speak on the gas station and store much. Cashier service has been alright.
Gas pump 8 automatic stop when tank is full failed. Brought up concern to clerk who said it happens often and nothing has been done about it.
Every sale price was bait and switch. I wanted to buy water and soda. Went and saw a sale for two for $3.33, it rang up $3.50 pulse tax on water. The soda marked “2 for $5, rang up at $6 plus tax. I won’t be going to anymore Casey’s.
