All the food, carrots, shrimp, salmon were ALL cold with both our meals, cold slaw was good it was cold like its supposed to be...............cross this restaurant of our list of go-to places to eat..........SAD........

I got the chicken Alfredo pasta. It was super super good! I definitely will be coming back for sure! Our waitress was so nice and attentive to our needs. 10/10 experience for sure!

My soup looks and tastes like it was scrapped from the bottom of a pan. I’ve ordered this a few times and I’ve never seen it look so rough. Couldn’t take more than 3 bites.

Ribs were tasty, however, the fries were very soggy and seemed like they had been sitting for a while. Nothing special besides their croissants.

Beware of this location if you have any type of food sensitivity or allergy. My husband and I went to lunch today and I informed our waitress of my food allergy and asked her to find out if it was in the dish I wanted to order. She told me there at the table (NOT going to ask the kitchen) that the allergen was in the particular dressing but that I could order it without. So, that’s what I did. Not until AFTER our food had been delivered to our table and AFTER I had taken a bite did she come back to let us know that she had JUST spoken with her manager and that she couldn’t guarantee that the allergen wasn’t in my food and in the other dressings. There was no effort by waitress or manager to make things right. I had to pay for a meal that I couldn’t eat, when I had taken every precaution I could to find something I could have. No apology or offer to take the dish off the ticket. Unacceptable service and endangering to people with food allergies! I do not feel like I can safely eat here ever again.

Weve been to Cheddars in Az many times love it! Food was always hot and fresh.
We moved to Tennessee and our 1st experiance at The Cookville, tn. Cheddars was the worst! It took a extremely long time to get our food. And when we did recieve it, it was cold...no one apologized.
Im sure they thought it was funny to disrespect us that way.

Dinner, 2 adults: Chicken Pot Pie, Tilapia & Shrimp 'blackened seasoning' over rice w/ alfredo sauce. Both fresh, delicious!! Typically order comfort food, no mistake on seafood here. Croissants, hot w/ butter, nice change from common breads. Dessert: Chocolate chip cookie w/ ice cream, fudge sauce-- missed the mark if you've ever had 'baked cookies' elsewhere. Server Gina, 'Way beyond good!!-- so thorough, friendly, fun. Plan to return.
