My croissant was beyond stale. I got the chicken salad with apples, pecans and grapes. It had one grape, one piece of pecan and no apples. My sister got the spicy pimiento cheese. Her white bread was also stale. The pimento cheese was tasteless with more peppers than cheese. She had to go get mayo to put in the sandwich so it would be edible. We will not be back. Very disappointed.

Hate this location. The staff is on the slow side to begin with of you know what I mean. & As I was sitting down eating my dinner , there is somebody vacuuming in the main dining area. It was very loud and was unable to speak with my party. Then a male “manager” with dark hair wearing a Columbia shirt like he is out fishing ,comes over and started to rub his feet vigorously across the carpet to check if the employee vacuumed to his standards , inches away from my booth ! Very unprofessional & not what you want to be around when trying to eat with your family . Do better . Date : 11-6-24

This review is for the management, not the personnel. They only follow rules and they were very friendly.
Picked up one of your pre-packaged items. There was one register open and it was busy and there were two people behind the counter and two empty registers I was terribly disappointed when I had to wait for no apparent reason.
I'm sure you have a reason for this, but does any of it take in consideration for your customers?

Called at 7:43 PM and they close at 8 PM. Wanted to order carry out. Trying to be polite and order it in advance so I could just run in and grab it before they closed but the girl on the phone was quick to say you know we close in 15 minutes? She then placed me on hold for two minutes and came back on to say we are not supposed to take takeout orders after 7:30 PM. OK, no problem. You don’t get my business now or ever again. I was literally in the store right next door and was simply trying to be kind by calling in advance. So, my question is, if I walked in at 7:58 PM, would you actually serve me? Or would you tell me sorry we stopped serving 30 minutes ago? If you don’t want to serve past 7:30 PM then close at 7:30 PM. So tired of the crappy customer service mentality.
