Picked up one of your pre-packaged items. There was one register open and it was busy and there were two people behind the counter and two empty registers I was terribly disappointed when I had to wait for no apparent reason.
I'm sure you have a reason for this, but does any of it take in consideration for your customers?“

“was told to have a blessed day thanks brayden. stopping through here on a roadtrip and had an animalistic craving for fried chicken. this location had some of the best waffle fries ever. so crispy. service was great. thank you for making cookville more enjoyable.“

“Chick-fil-A is by far my most favorite place to eat in the mornings for I love their chicken minis . Which is why they are almost always extremely busy and you do usually have to wait anywhere from 15-30 minutes to get your food, however it's so worth the wait.

Parking: Typically has a lot of parking spaces , however usually stays overwhelmingly busy.“

“A very sweet lady, Angel, was working the front counter again today. She was also there last week when I'd stopped in between my two jobs. I'd gotten some worrisome news about a close family member's health that day. Needless to say, I'd come in all kinds of stressed out, states away from my family member. But Angel! ... she was just 100% sweet & nice as can be. Sometimes it's the small things that can make or break our days ... It was great to see her again today! She was just as sweet as can be again today!Btw, my family member is recovering & will be fine. And, Angel had no idea how stressed I was or what was going on, but she was just so very sweet & kind that day AND today, too!“
