Been here three times now and opted not to sit in the bar. Each time our meal, and apparently the meals of everyone around us, was disrupted by unruly children. I mean unruly like screaming at each other, not crying, just acting up and not being quieted by parents or staff. IF we ever eat there again we will sit in the bar. It was outrageous, and we're not usually bothered by children.

I had a terrible experience. This was a first here and honestly overruled all previous good experiences I got. Simple because they prioritized a large table over everyone else, myself included. I still tipped because it wasnāt my server, but they changed EVERY TV to NFL for this family, without consulting others, when my significant other and I were watching the UFC match.
On top of that, our food was colder than usual, our soup in particular. I usually never have a bad experience here but this was so bad, I might not come back again. I donāt want to go somewhere where Iām overlooked due to my party size being smaller. We still usually tip very well (typically >20%) on top of it as we both have worked in service and know what itās like.

Ribs were smothered/swimming in sauce because they were over cooked, tough and stringy. The restaurant was busy and we didn't want to wait for more to be cooked . My daughter had to use A1 sauce on her steak because the cooked passed the bottles of seasoning over the steak instead of on the steak. Will be awhile before we go back.

Walked in hostess was just telling people to sit where they want that the bar was open, seemed kinda lazy instead of walking us to a table. We had returned to eat the Cheesesticks which we love the Nashville Hot and the Chipotle flavor. Fresh food, waiter checked in many times and got us everything we needed.
The whole staff was great.great food and fast service.

Food was a bit over cooked but the manager was very kind & replaced it with ease. I wasnāt even mad or expecting anything from them, I just wanted to ask if that was their standard & was informed it was a bit overcooked! Thanks guys. Iāll be back. 10/10

We went to Chili's for my 13 year old son, since he had seen all the videos of the Triple Dipper! We don't have a Chili's near us any longer, so we went. All of the food was really hot and fresh as well as delicious!! The service was also wonderful. We never had an empty glass, and everyone was attentive!! Would definitely recommend for a nice family dinner!!
