Ribs were smothered/swimming in sauce because they were over cooked, tough and stringy. The restaurant was busy and we didn't want to wait for more to be cooked . My daughter had to use A1 sauce on her steak because the cooked passed the bottles of seasoning over the steak instead of on the steak. Will be awhile before we go back.

Walked in hostess was just telling people to sit where they want that the bar was open, seemed kinda lazy instead of walking us to a table. We had returned to eat the Cheesesticks which we love the Nashville Hot and the Chipotle flavor. Fresh food, waiter checked in many times and got us everything we needed.

Food was a bit over cooked but the manager was very kind & replaced it with ease. I wasn’t even mad or expecting anything from them, I just wanted to ask if that was their standard & was informed it was a bit overcooked! Thanks guys. I’ll be back. 10/10

We went to Chili's for my 13 year old son, since he had seen all the videos of the Triple Dipper! We don't have a Chili's near us any longer, so we went. All of the food was really hot and fresh as well as delicious!! The service was also wonderful. We never had an empty glass, and everyone was attentive!! Would definitely recommend for a nice family dinner!!

Went to chilis a few nights ago, everything was great aside from there was a certain worker( I later asked and found his name to be JK) who seemed to have a vendetta against all the servers. None of them were doing anything wrong but this (I think manager) seemed to just have a problem with them doing their jobs. I’m not the type to post reviews but I used to be a server and know how a terrible manager can ruin a workplace. Get him gone before you lose good servers!!!

We had a normal date night and decided to stop in. I've always been pleased with the service as well as the food. Tonight was made a bit exceptional out of our previous trips, our waitress Kaylee being the main reason. She was incredibly kind, and she was fantastic from start to finish. As a former server, I couldn't recommend her more. She knew the menu like the back of her hand, was careful about ID when my husband and I ordered alcohol, and she stayed on top of us in a way that was consistent but non intrusive yet also in a way that was inviting conversation if we wanted that. I didn't get to leave my personal review on the machine because it timed out while I was asking her name. So I figured I'd leave it here, because she was truly wonderful. Also, the food was great. I had the old timer, and my husband ordered surf and turf (which I naturally had some of)
Highly recommend the surf and turf haha.

My wife & I ate here for the 1st time although we've live here 40 years. The staff was extremely nice & mindful, very excellent staff. The food was good and menu selections plentiful.

The restaurant was clean and bright.

But like all restaurants that use the pay at you seat kiosk, the tip is figured AFTER taxes.

Taxes are imposed by the government and not part of the waitress performance or food or service. So if you bill before tax comes to $100 then tax is added, $2 is added to a 20% tip.

Tip guilt or tip shaming in America is getting out of control. And to repeatedly see this brazen form of customer theft is adding to customers building disregard for tipping.

Here is how this will likely play out.

Yes many waitresses depend on tips, honestly calculated tips. As more customers realize these kiosk are stealing tips, some customers will STOP tipping, this will directly impact the restaurant service. The restaurant industry must stop this kind of customer stealing, computing the amount of the tip AFTER taxes is stealing from customers.
