CiCi’s Pizza a Family Favorite!
We love CiCi’s Pizza. CiCi’s is a great place to please everyone in the house. There’s a great all-you-can-eat menu of Pizza, Pastas, Salad Bar and Desserts.
The staff at CiCi’s are always making fresh pizzas and will even make one to order for you or your table!
You have to try the Mac ‘n Cheese Pizza, the Buffalo Chicken Pizza, Chicken & Waffles Pizza, Monkey Bread and Dessert Custard Pizza!

First off, we entered and stood there for a hot min before being waited on. Then she approached us like, "What yall want? Why are you standing there?"! 🤔🙄 The food was AWFUL! Hands down the worst pizza joint/buffet I've ever been to. It was dirty, the food was empty and / or very old. Dessert pizza was dough, not cooked through. It smelt like urine badly, dirty counters, tables, and floors! Flet like I needed a shower it was that gross. Salad bar was the best they had, and even it needed to be changed out. Sad place to call a restaurant! The health department definitely needs to intervene it's that bad!

It was like 98 degrees, and there was a roach 🪳 behind the TV and the games were blehhh and I almost threw up. Worst Night Ever.

The only problem is that I can't order online from this store and it keeps showing Lebanon as the only possible store to order from instead of the Cookeville location

I went in and immediately met the sweetest woman at the cash register, I believe her name was Adriana? But she was very helpful and kind, and as soon as I sat down to enjoy my food it was immaculate. All of the workers were so helpful and kind! I saw a man putting out the pizzas for everyone to enjoy and had to tell him before he slipped back into the kitchen that the food was absolutely incredible and he was doing a wonderful job, he introduced himself as the owner and said his name was Ben!! These two were the kindest people and truly made my day 100x better. I gave them a nice tip because of how excellent my service was and the incredible workers. Can not wait to come back, incredible environment with incredible people and incredible food. Always have recommended this place and always will, keep it up Cici’s!!! <3

Place was DISGUSTING!!! They literally had one person running the cash register, salad bar, and making the pizza. Poor girl was overwhelmed and aggravated. She tried but couldn't keep up. Restrooms dirty and slippery. Mats and floor sticky. Arcade room super dirty.

Ordered a to-go zesty pepperoni pizza, and my order was made within 10 minutes and perfect. Food was delicious and staff were all super nice and welcoming!!

The food was good, but the place is so filthy. The drink station was nasty, the floors were dingy and dirty, it just felt gross being in there. The bathrooms were disgusting. So maybe if they hired a cleaning crew we'd come back, but that'll be the first and last time eating here.
