I was in the drive thru, and I felt rushed when I was trying to order, afterwards when I got home to check the order. Both my food and girlfriend’s food were wrong. Like they gave us the wrong food all together.

The order was not correct however as soon we took it back they made it right. No questions ask, didn't try to act like we done anything wrong, just simply apologized and fixed it

Serving size of meat is a total joke. This was NOT worth the visit or the money. A Double Burger was tiny. Don’t waste your money or time here. No dine in option.

Burger patties are paper thin and some of our burger patties weren't even as big as the bun. Paid $15 for 3 "big doubles" and they might have been a quarter pound if we put all 3 together, but we were told each patty was a quarter pound. Look at the pictures and decide for yourself if each patty looks like a quarter pound to you.

This location has consistently gone down. Hill. Today I got cold unsalted fries with my meal. It has become an ongoing issue with this location. And as a manager and restaurant employee for years I know that fries have a 4 to 5 min widow life. I have complained to the management several times about this in the past and have even requested fresh fries with my order. Have also heard employees groan when I ask for fresh fries. It's really not that hard. 4 min in the fryer and they are done. Serving cold food you wouldn't personally eat is unacceptable. I am attaching a pic of my tired cold fries that I salted myself at home

Love CookOuts food but this cookout on Jefferson always gets my order wrong. Then turns around and gives me a hard time about it! The people here a very rude 9 times out of 10. Really need to work on customer service!!!
Would be insane if you taught your people the difference between a big double and a huge burger. Might as well go to McDonald’s next time ffs

Usually I love cookout but tonight was awful. The girl that took my order you could barely understand. And after clarifying my order 3 times I still didn’t get everything I ordered I’m missing both my chicken quesadillas and my bbq plate didn’t have any fries or hush puppies in it like normal.
