Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

We went by Cracker Barrel to order dinner tonight. We were on our way home from the hospital and we decided to pick up a good meal to take home so wouldn't have to cook.
I have to say the service and our food was excellent!!! It was obvious the cooks put a lot time and care in cooking the food. I want to say Thank You for allowing us to have the service we received.

Food was great! Consistency is the hallmark of the Barrel. From Florida to Tennessee and out to Oklahoma and everywhere in between. I always no what to expect and never disappointed

The modern look is horrible. The new logo is disgusting and you have lost the traditions and the nostalgia. The food is starting to lack its luster.

so many of the menu items that made cracker barrel our go to choice have been removed and the current offerings make it like just about every where else. We used to visit at least 5 times a week now we are maybe once a month at best. The biscuits also are almost always hard and dried out it's so disappointing. I really miss the old cracker barrel and most of the people I know feel the same way. When something isn't broken you shouldn't try to fix it and that's what I feel went on here, I guess the only bright spot is rarely a waiting line....how sad. I have saved money however because we eat at home a lot more now so there is that

I believe these were frozen dinner meals. The Turkey was dry small thin pieces and the sweet potatoes were pure sugar. My seasoned rice (brown flavorless), sweet whole carrots (bag of baby carrots) and NY sirloin steak which was all fat. I looked forward to this meal after a long road trip. To be very disappointed in Cracker Barrel.

Slow service, they were busy, so that certainly played a part in the service. The food was ok, not hot, just warm. Hair in my coffee cup.

There was no maple syrup in my bag and I asked the waitress twice! And I gave her a tip bad service! They still don't want us to eat at cracker barrel!

Food came out cold for both of us. Told the server who informed management who did absolutely nothing. I could have gone to another local restaurant for 1/2 the price and double the amount of food .....hot! I'll be going back there.

there aspire way the store is decorated

Wasn't allowed to use my sister's discount when I was allowed to last time. You gonna have rules stick to them don't change them whenever you feel like it. Server pushed my son out of the way just to check on a customer instead of waiting 3 minutes until I could move him out of her way. Food was ehh. I was not impressed at all.
