Super rude, ignore customers, more concerned with the latest gossip than their customers. Don't acknowledge anyone who comes in. Zero respect. Treat door dash drivers like trash, they don't acknowledge their existence. They take their sweet time prepping anything. They obviously don't care about their job. Customer service as this place is non existent. 😑

Ordered 2 holiday signature lattes in drive through. One of them had no flavoring added the other had waaay to much and they were both cold. The kids working there were immature and obviously had no idea how to make coffee. 10 dollars down the drain. Train your employees better.

Usually decent experience,but tonight I got off work and wanted a coffee and the drive thru already had a AI saying they were closed at 9:30pm and there supposed to be open until 10pm! Get it together!

Lady who worked tonight was very rude and did not want to do her job. We ordered a count of 50 mixed munchkins and no one informed us they only had 2 flavors and we did not even get the full 50. Very disappointing as this used to be a great place.

I have given multiple tries here and the customer service is TERRIBLE. There’s maybe one person with a decent attitude and I think she’s a manager. Not a SINGLE smile and work I asked for ice with a nitro cold brew the boy told me it comes iced, then when it didn’t he told me that’s how it comes.(I’m aware of how it comes that’s why I asked for ice). Then I go back and they’re steady but I watch 4 people walk in behind me after I stood there for about 3 minutes and nobody acknowledged them and I then realize they hadn’t even addressed the guy in front of me. Atleast say I’ll be with you shortly. Working for the public sucks but a decent attitude goes a long way

Place looks great. Service was great when they first opened. Now it's like a hit or miss when ordering. My biggest gripe is they never put enough of the sweetener in my coffee and sometimes the coffee tastes funny and I have to throw it out. I thought because it was diff location that it wouldn't be a chance to get a good cup of coffee. Guess I'll have to try the competition again.
The food was cold and the coffee tasted bad. I generally like Dunkin. This particular store is not an example of others I have been to.

Ordered doordash. Our drinks came quickly and were well packaged for the ride. We got the refresher lemonades in mango pineapple and strawberry dragon fruit. They were quite sweet for my taste but very delicious.
Dietary restrictions: There were options for alternate milks and sweeteners for those who need them.

Ordered munchkins and a boston cream. The munchkins were fine. The boston cream was soggy and the icing was running/dripping off of it like it had been under a heat lamp. I literally ate it from the bag within 30 seconds of receiving it. I had to clean my car as the chocolate icing was running off the donut and dripped everywhere.
Who wants a soggy dripping donut? Who gives someone a soggy dripping donut? Frankly disgusting.
