My car stalled out and would not start back up right beside the intercom. Every single worker at this location was incredibly kind while I waited for the wrecker to come and get my car for me. Right before I left, they actually brought my order out and comped it for me. They made a stressful time much more manageable for me.

I stopped on my way to work, 2 ahead of me and a 20 minute wait time i felt like. Staff seemed to not know what they were doing. I ordered a mixed munchkin 10 ct. Sf vanilla late. And a toasted bagel with cream cheese. My munchkins were hard. My late was litterally 4 drinks due to the amount of foam. And my bagel... it wasnt toasted, but in fact cold. I am not the type to complain a lot and i will give positive feedback as well as negative, but this is an exlerience i cant give good on. Will not return.

We've gotten jelly donuts without any jelly, coffee with all the sugar on the bottom, walked inside and waited a lot longer than if we drove through. Saying all that, the drive through is pretty fast and always got what we ordered.

Stick the order sticker to the machine and took 45 min to make them this has been a on going issue with this place the only time they ever do right is if the general manager is here she is the only one who does anything here

Cane here around 9 roughly 40 minutes before they closed , the man on the speaker made it feel rushed and sounded annoyed. I ordered 2 drinks for a friend and I and my husbands drink as well. After we payed we waited 5-7 minutes on the drinks which understandably there was a couple but we weren’t briefed on it taking a second by any means and the lady who handed us our drinks was definitely nicer , she handed us the first two drinks , she was very polite but we needed up having to remind her we had 3 which understandable because she didn’t take our order and things could’ve got mixed up but neither of the drinks had cold foam and all 3 were barely filled all the way, we checked and not even a receipt on the cup. Felt very rushed and off putting but the woman was very nice and the man with the longer hair needs more customer service training. I’ve worked in fast food before and I understand things get frustrating but we definitely weren’t the reason and we’d had just as of a long night. No excuse. 9/6/25

My Dunkin lattes were delicious! We did have to wait but it was worth the wait. And they gave us 2 fre doughnuts for the wait. Great customer service..
Service at both cookeville locations has become crappy. Drinks arent being made the way people request. Its really shitty when you can see them hand you your drink and know no love was put into that drink. There are new employees it seems every week. Lets try new management!!!

Ordered several drinks one was a medium hot chocolate. Left went to a football game. The hot chocolate was not hot chocolate, but it was hot black coffee 😣. Mobile order 10 minutes earlier, still had to wait on the hot chocolate, they were more interested in the drive thru than a walk in! We visit this Dunkin often, this is not the usual service we get.

This Dunkin’ Donuts has went down hill ever since Emily the manger left. You get to the speak box and are told they will be with you and it takes 5 mins just to order food and a drink and then when you get to window it takes them another 5-6 mins to make drinks.they are never in a hurry and I always have to wait so long every time I go I use to only to go this one instead of the one on Jefferson because Jefferson one is so slow too but this one is the same way now
