Ordered ahead and waited in line behind one car for 20 minutes to get our order. Also, not easy getting back out of parking lot onto busy road.

My friend and I went through the drive through and the lady working was so amazingly sweet and polite! We believe her name is Karen, but she was so talkative and she let us try a sample of something she came up with and it was SO amazing! She had the genuine best vibe and we will 100% come back.

Just went through the drive through and the lady at window (I believe her name is Karen) was so amazingly polite! She was so talkative and friendly, me and my friend are obsessed with her vibe. She even let us try her own creation and it was sooo yums! Amazing service and food was delicious as always and super fast!

I went to Dunkin this morning the drive-thru was full, so I went in. I was the only customer in there I stood at the counter for several minutes. No one ever greeted me no one ever said good morning no one ever said it’ll be just a few minutes or anything. After a couple minutes, I started watching the clock to see how long it was gonna take for someone to even speak another three minutes went by. Finally. The girl waited on me, and she was not friendly at all. Never said good morning, sorry for your wait nothing, not even a thank you. There was 4 girls upfront that I seen and everyone was busy. I could hear the girl in the drive-thru working and she seemed really friendly to the people at the window, but not one girl out front ever spoke and was definitely not friendly they were all walking by as I stood at the cash register not even a “we will be right with you” they should really work on their attitude with customers. Learn to greet people with a smile. I usually don’t leave reviews, but that really aggravated me this morning.

Please explain why you are upcharging to add swirls. I have never been upcharged for the same drink i get everyday. You can order through the app with no additional charge. You are cheating your customers and this should be illegal.

I have been there so many times and every time they never mix up the coffee I take a sip and it either tastes like straight coffee or I just a mouth full of sugar. If I try and mix it up myself it mixes the cold foam in with it and then that’s a waste of my money on cold foam. Just mix the drinks guys

This is the only Dunkin we will stop at. We stopped in again this morning. We eat her often and everyone is so nice and friendly. The coffee is the best. The dark headed girl that works the front in the mornings is super sweet.

Very RUDE staff. The cashier was not welcoming at all. She threw my empty gift card away in her garbage behind the counter. I tried to use another card but it was empty so I politely asked if she could also throw the second empty card away and she pointed to the garbage can by the door and told me I could throw it away there.
When I was given the blueberry lemonade from our order it was still yellow so I tasted it to see if it was a “color free” blueberry lemonade and there was definitely no blueberry flavor so I asked the another girl who was placing the orders on drink counter if there was blueberry syrup in it she very shortly and rudely said “there is” and I said ok nicely and stated I was just asking bc I didn’t taste or look like it because it’s still yellow. She very obviously ignored me and walked away. The lady behind us in line was telling me how rude they are to her every time she stops inside.
Then my family and I received countless dirty looks, like a little high school child, from the girl that I asked about the blueberry syrup WHAT GOES AROUND COMES BACK AROUND. Should be very careful how you treat people. One may never know when you will cross paths again.
The manager and the owner should review the cameras the morning of this date and do something about it! I am reading several bad reviews on here. Your staff reflects your business. SHAME
