I have been there so many times and every time they never mix up the coffee I take a sip and it either tastes like straight coffee or I just a mouth full of sugar. If I try and mix it up myself it mixes the cold foam in with it and then that’s a waste of my money on cold foam. Just mix the drinks guys

This is the only Dunkin we will stop at. We stopped in again this morning. We eat her often and everyone is so nice and friendly. The coffee is the best. The dark headed girl that works the front in the mornings is super sweet.

Very RUDE staff. The cashier was not welcoming at all. She threw my empty gift card away in her garbage behind the counter. I tried to use another card but it was empty so I politely asked if she could also throw the second empty card away and she pointed to the garbage can by the door and told me I could throw it away there. When I was given the blueberry lemonade from our order it was still yellow so I tasted it to see if it was a “color free” blueberry lemonade and there was definitely no blueberry flavor so I asked the another girl who was placing the orders on drink counter if there was blueberry syrup in it she very shortly and rudely said “there is” and I said ok nicely and stated I was just asking bc I didn’t taste or look like it because it’s still yellow. She very obviously ignored me and walked away. The lady behind us in line was telling me how rude they are to her every time she stops inside.
Then my family and I received countless dirty looks, like a little high school child, from the girl that I asked about the blueberry syrup WHAT GOES AROUND COMES BACK AROUND. Should be very careful how you treat people. One may never know when you will cross paths again.
The manager and the owner should review the cameras the morning of this date and do something about it! I am reading several bad reviews on here. Your staff reflects your business. SHAME

This place is good if you don't order a lot of things. I have gone there a few times and two times I have been missing things from my order. It's great it you want a coffee and donut but I always check my order now before I leave.

My husband and I have now ordered the new DunKings meal deal over five times. Every time we specifically select white cheddar, no sausage, and the croissant OR the egg and cheese English muffin with white cheddar and every time they have put either sausage with the white cheddar or sausage with the cheese it normally comes with. At first, we wanted to give them a chance before leaving a review since we enjoy Dunkin in the mornings, but now this is over five times and has happened every time. Today we ordered two egg and cheese muffin with white cheddar and instead we get two sausage and American cheese English muffins with no eggs. Sausage every time! What is the point of having one sandwich with no sausage if they're still going to put sausage and not even put the egg that is supposed to come with it? What is the point of having customization options if they are going to do the exact opposite? This also happened with the previous $6 meal deal, but only a hand full of times out of the many times we ordered it so we just ignored it. Now it is happening every time. We are no longer wasting our money and will have to take a long break from Dunkin for a while and order breakfast and coffee elsewhere. It's unfortunate as this DunKings deal is our favorite because of the creativity with the adorable boxes, but it is not worth wasting our money and not being able to eat what we ordered. Hopefully this is just a simple online ordering system issue on their end that can be corrected (we confirm every time that we ordered the correct thing we wanted after receiving the incorrect items) and that this is nothing intentional with an employee or two that work during the morning shift.
EDIT: Decided to give them yet another last chance and they finally got the croissant with just cheese. BUT it was the wrong cheese and they cooked it with the egg still on it and then took it off so there's only bits and pieces of the cheese still actually on the bread. We have decided to go to one further away and they have not once gotten our order wrong. No excuses.

I do not come to jerr often, but when I do, I occasionally take my boys for donuts on the weekend. The facility is well-maintained, the customer service is friendly, and orders are prepared quickly. However, one downside is that many people linger in the area without making a purchase. This seems to be influenced by the presence of some less desirable hotels nearby. Unfortunately, this affects my willingness to dine inside. I wish there were measures in place to improve this aspect, as it would enhance the overall experience.
