Orders weren't right or were forgotten. Bean burrito is literally liquidy refried beans poured in a flower tortilla. Would not

Disappointing. I ordered a carnitas burrito, instead I got a plate of just carnitas, rice, and beans. After asking for a carnitas burrito they brought me a plate with one tortilla full of carnitas, nothing else inside. Just straight meat. We never got our beer and everything else was dull.

El Jimador is our go to Mexican restaurant in the area. Their food and drinks are consistent and top notch!! The employees are lovely making you feel like family. Carnitas and al pastor are amazing!!

We went on a Tuesday night, and it was pretty busy with college kids drinking too much. I think that caused the service to suffer. However, our food was awesome. I had tacos Al Pastor and a tamale. One of the best tamales I've had.

Very disappointing. Fajitas were chewy and barely warm. Chile Relleno was NOT a pepper. It was greenish and thin and slimy like spinach, like they had tried making it look similar to an actual pepper. The tortillas were flubbery like plastic. Sauces were just wet tomato-like sauce. Dinner for 2 was $41.00 and I left hungry.

Friendly staff, really good food. Ask for the spicy salsa, if you dare.

Extremely attentive service, not too much and not too little. Margaritas are 10/10 and there's specials on thursday and saturday. Ed, Pablo, Rico and the owners, Mr Hernandez and Mrs Glo are incredible people and are welcoming every time we're here. The music is bangin but they won't let us buy the art off the wall, which I guess is fair. 11/10 i'll be here as long as I live in Cookeville.
