They can't get the water out of there pasta took my plate back two times and all you could taste is water. And it was 60 degrees out side and there air conditioner was running so not only was the food watered down but you freeze your but off

I love fazoli‘s. Food is great as well as the service. Only complaint would be the prices. For what we paid, we could have had a big meal at the Olive Garden.

The food was awful, the sauce was separating from the water. The waiters looked nice, didn’t interact with them much except when ordering. It’s honestly better to go to Olive Garden, where you can get your moneys worth.

Great service. Great deals for the food. Duo special is amazing. Slightly 90s in style ...but that's a great era.

Wednesday, September 18 I went through the drive-through about 645 ordered mozzarella bites. Watch the cook drop one on the floor. Pick it up. Throw it back into the oven for another 20 seconds and put it in my box. I am disgusted and will never return.
Very good food.

Don’t waste your money here. Staff at the front was very impatient with a customer in front of us and was not very nice to us either. Food was extremely bland and sauce on one of our dishes tasted terrible. couldn’t even finish it. not worth your time do not eat here
Good food, reasonable price

our meals were great, i love that one of my girls with celiac disease can actually enjoy a gluten free meal somewhere other than home. though, i will say that the cashier was a little rude but maybe she was just having a long or hard day! i’ve been a server for a while, and i completely understand feeling burnt out! she was very nice while serving us, though. one of the workers was had been walking around with music playing out of her phone, which was strange but not a big deal. better than the dead silent dining room. i got up to wash my hands before we left and heard yelling right before i opened the bathroom door, it was two workers arguing. i stood in the doorway for a few minutes listening, went and washed my hands, walked out, and they were still arguing. at this point someone was waiting at the counter to be taken care of. come on guys, take it outside, or atleast go father to the back of the kitchen. i had my 3 young girls with me, there’s no need to be fighting in front of them/loud enough the dining room can hear. it was stressing them out. we are definitely going to come back, we just hope for a better environment next time.

We have been coming here a little more regularly and each time one of the employees, Savannah is very helpful and friendly. Always checks on us and makes the feel of being at a sit down restaurant with a waitress.

Me and my wife did not like the food. The sauces were too watery and the pasta was undercooked.
