Terrible service and food isn't the same never go again

Sandwich was a little burnt. Associate was nice. Ut would not speak up where he could be heard. Had to keep asking him to repeat himself. Smelled like there had been other orders burnt and a ha,e of smoke lingered in the air.

Took a very long time to get the subs and they were not busy

These folks had a deal where after getting five punches on a card you would receive the 6th sandwich free. I did that and they would not honor my card. Havent been back. If you want to talk to someone youll probably have e mail them. How about a phone number and talk to a human being.

I suspect that this place is under new management. The atmosphere has changed tremendously. The service has changed tremendously. The portion sizes have gone below a child's size. This is the sandwich I received tonight. I had them hold the veggies because I had my own at home. What was left was about three pieces of lunchmeat and some melted cheese and mayonnaise. This isn't ok. This was $9.43. I think even at $5 I would've been upset to have received this. There needs to be a better balancing act here. I understand cutting costs to keep profits high...but when you cut costs so much that it doesn't lead to repeat business, then you have no profits at all. Do better.

Amazing sandwiches and super friendly, helpful staff. Young man working at 3pm on 11/7/24 went out of his way to take care of us with a smile on his face. Give that man a raise!

Wheelchair accessibility: Lowered curbs should make wheelchair access a breeze.

Ripoff, brought it home and it was a bread sandwich. They call it firehouse subs cause when you open ur sub, you are blazing mad.Do yourself a favor and go to McAllisters deli. Never going back again. Hopefully it closes.

Went to the firehouse in cookeville at 6:30 on sunday 10/13/24 and stood there for 5 or 6 minutes waiting. No one else in line. None of the workers greated me, no one said anything. I finally walked out.

Great sandwiches everytime we go.

The atmosphere was nice, just a lot less crowded than I expected for some amazing food. The service was great as they dealt with my want for a new spicy sauce. They made a new one to fit my taste. Only regret? I didn't get 2 subs.

Mr.Patel was one of the nicest guys we have come in contact with in the food industry in awhile! He was super nice and made sure that our kids were happy and taken care of. He was a very genuine person, and he makes us want to come back with the welcoming atmosphere.

Needs painting maintenance outside and in. Gave me a large, even though I ordered a small. I had my order exactly typed out and showed it to the cashier upon ordering. Out of sweet tea. Sandwich wasn’t steamed enough, so it was only warm, then soon cold. I couldn’t understand their “English” when they called my name. I’ve been to a lot of different Firehouse Subs in TN. This one surprised me; it’s is a few notches below all the others.

Happy did a great job! Despite their toaster being down, my sandwich was delicious and the service was great! I'll definitely be back.
