Best hamburgers in town.
Absurdly expensive for what it is.
Been going to 5 Guys for years. Definitely one of the best burger places I've ever been. The food is always amazing as are the fries and shakes. They also have a great Sweet Tea (at least the one in Cookeville does, as that's the only place I've had it). Finding a great true Sweet Tea is often hard to come by an is always worth mentioning, especially if you're from the South.
Went in for lunch this past Sunday. We love treating ourselves to Five Guys, but the prices are starting to get ridiculous, so we hardly go very much anymore. Even getting two small cheeseburgers and splitting a small fry and drink will run you $28. It's good, though, and I like that the fries are fresh cut and cooked in peanut oil.
I do question all the open beards of the staff, no beard covers. Besides, no one wants beard hairs falling in their food. A customer was also walking around barefoot, and the staff didn't say anything.
I grew my love for Five Guys going to watch Alabama games long before it opened locally. The Five Guys in Cookeville TN is definitely a wonderful representation of the company core policies & belief that doing burgers & fries well. The staff is extremely knowledgeable & friendly. I always just get the small cheeseburger as it’s very filling & it saves room from their freshly cut fries that I adore! Great job team 💯💯💯💯💯
Their little bacon cheeseburger and french fries were hot and delicious. Great customers service. I'll be back again.
This location is very friendly and has always had great food when we ate there. The workers are helpful and do a great job.
Unfortunately I am giving a 1 star review (which I've never done). Management took away the double scoop of fries, which honestly set apart Five Guys as much as the great taste of the fries did themselves.
In the past. opening the bag of fries with an overwhelming amount of fries justified paying the price for me.
Now, I can't justify paying $9 for barely over a cup of fries. It's way overpriced and I won't be back til the double scoop comes back!
I hope this review helps management bring back an amount of fries might justify what they charge.
As always fresh food that tastes great! Never disappoints.
Food was good. Didn't get the order right but they did fix it.

Very middle of the road for me. My little cheeseburger was almost $10 by itself. For the price I expected better quality. It was fresher than I’ve had before and from other places but not worth the money.

Food was vary average. Took forever to get with only 3 people in the restaurant and no one in front of me. The place was a little dirty. Vary expensive. For what you get, I will not be back any time soon, if at all.

My first time trying this restaurant and I’m impressed. My food was hot, ingredients were quality. Fries were plentiful and the staff was very nice. Restaurant looked clean and I believe I read they make their own fries which is really awesome. Price was comparable with sonic and far surpassed sonic quality.
