Funderburk Management

My son in law went to the McDonald's in Carthage a few nights ago...had placed an order through the app...when he got there...they were rude to him...told him they were closed....even though the order was placed before closing time...the app took his money and he never got his food!!

Stopped by for breakfast today and tables needed cleaning. Seems like some people quit and cleaning goes downnnn

The McDonalds in Cooke ville are NOT any better !!!! There's a African American manager at the one on Willow, that thinks she's Gods gift to the world. I have witnessed her put down a homeless person, just because they were homeless. They had money in their hand to pay for their food, but she flat out refused to serve them, She was saying out loud after she MADE HIM LEAVE, that she thought he stunk and she wasn't about to serve them because they smelled bad. O have also witnessed her making fun of customers, ETC. She does NOT need to be working out in public,much less be a manager. Its pathetic, the need to hire better people that don't think they are better then thou and knows to treat customers too, but they won't, she will remain there until the end of time.

In Tullahoma today, I ordered through the mobile app. And then proceeded to wait 35 minutes. And then I had to go inside with the person parked next to me who had waited AN HOUR. When we got our food it was cold, even though they "just made it."No use in complaining to management, because they don't care. We watched over 30 vehicles come in and thru the drive through, when the mobile app is supposed to be the quicker option.No apologies for the wait, not even a thank you for our business.

Unkind management especially towards staff the management seems power hungry

McRib was great. But if the happy meal box is open why can't your employees make sure the nuggets are in the box. Gordonsville messed up costing me more money in Cookeville to buy my grandson nuggets. Double check your orders before passing thru the window. It's not rocket science.

I put my application in at Gordonsville McDonald's, went in for an interview and the manager said she would call me back with a start date. She never called. Also, one of their managers gets arrested for manufacturing charges and a simple possession, yall seriously allow her to continue to manage that store while she gets drug charges. Compared to last year, Gordonsville McDonald's has went completely down hill. Their customer service people are just straight rude and my food continues to be messed up.

No stars. At McDonald's in Baxter TN and they refused service to truck drivers through their drive thru as inside is closed. Discrimination 100%

McDonald's in Manchester is bad. I complained and they sent me a coupon but nothing changed. Still bad.

The employees are usually nice and that’s the only reason my review gets 2 stars. Poor management of quality and service.
