I have never been to a fast food place where you need to ask the manager for permission to wash your hands before eating. One of the staff told me it was corporate policy. Do you need to raise your hand if you need to use the toilet? One finger or two, depending? MY POLICY IS NEVER GO BACK. Additionally coffee was very bad, lake it was multiple days old.

It was just a kid friendly, a family, it seems like they enjoyed their job and it didn’t seem like they were putting on a mask just because of customers it was a real authentic place 10 out of 10 would recommend

This location is excellent! Great food, clean facilities and the staff are always wonderful; I especially enjoy breakfast on my daily commute but often partake in the lunch menu as well. Shout out to Mrs. Margaret and Ms. Toni, their constant smiles and kind dispositions definitely enhance the experience.
Dietary restrictions: I am lactose intolerant; and the staff is receptive when I ask for things without cheese. I have never had an issue with consumption for which I am very thankful.
For anyone else who is lactose intolerant, I highly recommend the Vanilla Ice Coffee ... it tastes like chocolate milk, or what I remember chocolate milk tasting like, and has not bothered me yet (I've been getting it, now, for about four months).
Parking: There is a good amount of parking, barring egress when the drive through gets backed up; the place is very popular during the morning rush!
Kid-friendliness: The staff is friendly, the area is well lit and it is a safe environment
