To the new manager of the Hardee’s on Willow avenue in Cookeville TN. The person working the window this morning advised us you have instructed them to no longer make plain gravy even thou we have gotten it there in the past. Well that is just stupid not everyone can have gravy with all that sausage in it. So we will not be there anymore. That is ridiculous. Sharon J

I eat here all the time! The only place around that doesn't give me a runaround about getting my burger wrapped in lettuce. Service is always friendly, and the store is always nice and clean. Jennifer Smith is always recommending things that I can actually eat on my diet so I'm not just eating the same thing over and over. This is the best Hardee's in the Upper Cumberland and I would give more stars if I could!

I have been eating breakfast at this location every Wednesday morning for several years. The managerJenny Smith, is on top of running everything in a professional manner. She has her employees taking care of the guests and making sure the restaurant is clean. Everybody is super friendly, working, and smiling. The food is always fresh, hot, and tastes great. I highly recommend eating here. You won't be disappointed!!!

Food should have been better. I ordered the super bacon biscuit and what I got did not look like the picture…false advertising!! My husband got a hamPlatter and only got 5 hashrounds and biscuits were too doughy. Very disappointed!!

I order a lettuce wrapped burger here probably once a week since its on my diet. The people are all kind and accommodating. I've had nothing bit bad experiences at the Jefferson location and nothing but good experiences at this location on Willow. Keep up the great work.

Ordered bacon cheeseburger with no onions. Bacon wasn’t cooked. Tomato was white not red. Didn’t leave off onions. Bun was extremely greasy. Ordered on app. Had to go to counter and ssk them to stsrt my order

By the time I had arrived at Hardee's I had already had a long and tiresome day. I ordered a double cheeseburger and a drink. I would have to say that the food and good company I got to share with the other people there was a much needed recharge for the remainder of my day.Parking: Plenty of parkingWheelchair accessibility: I believe there is wheelchair accessibility to both doors.

I had an online DoorDash order and was notHappy at all with food quality. Staff inside the store were pleasant but I wouldn’t necessarily say friendly.You know when people pay insane prices for stupid fast food they expect to get a full box of fries not a half empty box and the two wraps I had We’re so cold I had To microwave to even make them edible and even after doing that the food just felt nasty.Your better off now a days to just eat at home rather than waste a whole freaking two hours of your hard earned working time on ****Parking: Parking is the only good thing at this establishment
