Dustin is a great manager and has improved the restaurant quality of service. Thank you for having him back in Cookeville we need him !! On the other hand Cindy is rude and the whole restaurant feels different when she is here . All the customer base he has brought especially on Sundays was ready to walk out on a recent visit there … the crew is outstanding and helpful esp Miranda, Ashley and Cristy

The crew is exceptionally nice !!! As we come often for breakfast the entire crew is always nice with the exception of Cindy .. she is so rude and inconsiderate. On the other hand , Miranda, Christy and Ashley are awesome !! Things flow so well when Dustin is managing

Fast friendly staff and the service was amazing I recommend hardees to all my family and friends . The bathrooms were clean the atmosphere was fun and accommodating and best experience I ever had . I will come back and truly happy with my food . It was hot and fresh and served to.me In less than two minutes. Best breakfast I have ever had . I came inside and ate and was greeted by maranda and she was friendly and was very helpful . Thanks so much .

I normally do not share reviews but this needs to be shown. As i was going through the drive through on 2/20/2025 around 11:45 am the person taking my order was not pleasant when taking my order or taking payment and dispensing my order to me. Place two orders and when i got back to my place of employment found out that my $13.00 order for a double mushroom swiss combo, I only received a half filled carton of fries and my Large Dr. Pepper tasted like soda water. Very disappointed at the service and quality of my meal once i was able eat. I know that it snowed outside but you were not busy enough (as i was the only vehicle in the drive through) to not do better than that. Please try to do better
