We placed an order for pickup and my French toast was raw and undercooked in the center. We tried calling the store 3 times within 30 minutes of getting back home to kindly ask if they could just refund the French toast from our order. Since no one was picking up, my husband drove back to the store and asked them if they could just remake it, and the French toast was still raw and undercooked the second time. Gross food and crappy service. We will not be ordering again.
***Upon reading other recent reviews from this location, it appears we are not the only ones that have been given undercooked food. This IHOP location needs to seriously look into this because Salmonella can kill someone***

Sat and waited forever for food was okay with the wait but during the wait the servers were loudly arguing which was very unprofessional, then when i finally got my food the grits were awful and smelled burnt and were chunky as if they were burnt to the pan. The server asked if i wanted pickle with my sandwich and i said i did-never got the pickle with my sandwich, i asked for gravy and was half way through my plate before they brought me it. Food was alright but with the unprofessional environment and not receiving everything for the price i will not return to this location.

Cold food! Cold coffee! Long wait for seating and service, extremely high prices! I Will never visit IHOP again! LOUSY... I went back to IHOP the experience was even worse! I will never enter an IHOP again!

Our waitress made loud comment because I didn't speak after waiting 30 minutes for food. It would have been different if they would have came to table to say im sorry it will be a little longer. She did give a few dollar discount and we did leave a tip but you shouldn't bust out that like when you serve a customer
This place is awefilul. Slow doesnt even begin to describe the pace of service. This place lacks any organization. Employees dont have any idea whos responsible for what. Been here an hour and still have no food. Don't eat here.

My mother & I ate there & her French toast was good, & my omelet was good but the biscuits and gravy we're horrible & I told my waitress I'm not paying for this! I even had my mom take a bite & she said seemed like something was missing! She took that off out bill. When we sat down @ first there was a wall between us & the soda station & there was a roach crawling around & going into the seem of the wall. Prices are outrageous. The bathrooms stink like sewer & got some to go water & it tasted the same as what the bathroom smelled like. So just letting ya'll know. This IHop was good 20 yrs ago but a dumpster fire now, unfortunately. The waitress didn't ask us if we wanted a refill for our drink nor if she could get us anything, or if our food was ok. I had to tell her.

The food is way overpriced. My food tasted like it had been cooked for hours. My pancakes were like rubber, could cut into them with a fork. My lil girl got a kids waffle and it was so burnt and way over cooked! Will not be back!
