The food is way overpriced. My food tasted like it had been cooked for hours. My pancakes were like rubber, could cut into them with a fork. My lil girl got a kids waffle and it was so burnt and way over cooked! Will not be back!

The biscuits and gravy I ordered were bad. One of them was flat like a chip(dont know how does that happen). At first i was confused of what it was and the other was under baked. Chicken and pancakes were fine.

We had crepes w/ strawberry's, senior fish w/fries and egg white omelette w/ spinach, veggie & avocado slices. Food was amazing. The only draw back was my omelette was missing the avocado. The waitress brought me a side of a avocado, but it was just a tablespoon maybe. I was looking forward to the 4 or 5 slices. Overall the food was good, service was good even though they were short staffed.
The server was great and the food was good, however the place was pretty dirty.

Absolute worst IHop we have been to! We have been to this one twice now and are done. Both times have been awful. Stood at the front counter forever while the servers talked and played on their phones and ignored us. Food took 30 minutes and was terrible! Tasted like it was reheated leftovers and they gave us tiny little portions of it on top of everything else. I can not believe this place stays open.
The food took a long time even though they werent that busy. When it came out it wasnt even hot. I reported to waitress there we ants crawling all over our table. She after the third time said we could move and I said I doubt it will be much better. Like I get they are open 20 hrs a day but perhaps a major balm from from a very good exterminator while they're closed might help matters.
It's one thing when you see 10 or 15 crawling across the table but my 6-year-old yelled to me that they were crawling up the walls everywhere and at that point I just backed up our stuff in the left. And I just left the rest of my food there she took her zone cuz she was insisting because she had only eaten like four bites. After I had told the waitress several times she told the host it's not to seat that one table anymore in front of me while we were still sitting there.

My server was AWESOME, food was good! Prices are high, 3.49 for a Pepsi. No refill. But Everything is GETTING HIGH in the restaurant pricing.

Haven’t been to an IHOP in several years and I was very excited. We were seated at a filthy table. Our server and the service staff all seem very polite but that the only positive thing I have to say about this location. Unfortunately we waited about an hour for pancake & French toast sticks meals. What upset me the most was my child was served rotten bananas and I was horrified. I said something and I was told the food was plated by the general manager whom our server shared our complaint with. They waved the fee of my child’s meal which was the least they could’ve done. All of our food was cold 4 meals all cold, eggs-bacon-sausage ALL COLD! Says a lot to me that the manager was informed (who also plated the rotten bananas). I will never go back there or to another IHOP ever again after that experience. Ants crawling on the wall next to our table in mid January & the bathrooms, WOW, another horrifyingly filthy experience. I should’ve known why the parking lot was empty and every other restaurant up and down that road were all packed for lunch on a weekend. When was the last time the health department was there?????

Location was supposed to open at six am. We arrived a couple minutes after six and waited outside the still locked doors for a long time while several employees inside the store made eye contact and did nothing, not even acknowledge us. Just wanted warm breakfast on our honeymoon road trip. Glad we gave up instead of giving them money
