I honestly didn't know about this place in my hometown until a work group decided to go there. The place was almost completely empty so the service was fast. And the food was delicious.

I absolutely love the food here. However, I keep finding myself disappointed with the wait times and slow service. Tonight was especially bad, I asked the waiter if we could have the check and a to-go container because a small emergency came up and we had to leave quickly. Got the check, never got a to-go container. We weren't even halfway through our food yet, so we wanted to be sure and take it with us. Nobody came to help us and I could see our waiter just standing and talking to another waiter. We eventually got help from someone else once we got up and started looking around ourselves to see if we could find any to-go containers. Food has been amazing enough to keep me coming back, service and timing is consistently bad enough to have me considering tonight being my last night dining here.

Long wait at our table. Chicken cooked DRY. Rice was an ice cream scoop. Order was wrong. Don’t waste you time with this place. If there wasn’t a 20% tip on the menu, there wouldn’t have been a tip. Not coming back here…..

Absolutely delicious. If I were allowed to use expletives in this review, it would be filled with them describing how good the food was here.

I had the fish and “chips” but I swapped the fries for the duck fat tots and swapped the slaw for the house Mac and cheese.

The fish was perfectly cooked and the housemate tartar sauce was fantastic. The tots were crispy and delicious. The Mac and cheese was creamy and perfectly al dente.

Jesse, our server, provided excellent service. Attentive but not too much.

The atmosphere is rustic and welcoming.

10/10- would recommend.

Stopped in for lunch from out of town. Found it on google. It was delicious! We started with fried green tomatoes served on Gouda grits. Yum!! I had the Irrationale burger. It was so good. My wife had the Mediterranean salad with steak medallions on top. 10/10 recommends coming here for a delicious lunch at a great price!

It was my first time there, and everything was great. I got the Bison burger and the Chicken Scratch lager, as well as shared the crab dip appetizer. The staff was nice, and the place had a cool style.
