Came for the second time ever and the red head girl yelled at us asking if we’re ready to order then got an attitude because we asked for a few more minutes. So ended up just leaving because we didn’t know what we wanted because we were being rushed by the young kids. Not to mention they weren’t busy we were literally the only ones there and only asked for a few minutes. They weren’t doing anything to have to rush us.

The food was very good. My sandwich was perfect. However, they didn’t ask my husband if he wanted anything on his Philly, and they wrapped it up. When he let them know that he had wanted addition items, they said they couldn’t unwrap it and shit happens. It was the dark haired guy with tattoos.( Not the guy with gauges.) Extremely rude in my opinion.

My first time eating at a Jersey Mike's and not sure if I'll be back. The did was really good. The service was not good at all. When I walked in I was the first person in line 3 more customers came in right after. The 3 other people got their drinks before me while I was still waiting for my food to finish cooking.

Great meaty sandwich, however, the individual did not switch gloves from playing with cashing a customer out to going back making sandwiches....You always maintain cleanliness when handling food Always!...wash n use new gloves...every time

One of the more mediocre Jersey Mikes I’ve been to. Sandwich just tasted off. Flavor was lacking. And they cut the bread completely in 2 pieces which had the whole sandwich falling apart. Kids working were nice enough, but didn’t seem to have the training to be a true sandwich artist. Also it was unexpectedly expensive. If I’m being 100% honest, this experience will probably keep me from going back to a Jersey Mikes for a while.

They microwaved the sub roll until it was chewy and rubbery.. over nuked it and then scoured the other subs with so much oil it leaked everywhere and sogged the sandwiches and the meat is bland and tasteless.. worst sub shop ever !! Gave it 3 attempts.. failed all 3 times
I’ve asked for mayo several times here and every time it’s like they have too many mobile orders to listen to what customers want. With a full staff it really shouldn’t be that difficult for what you’re being charged as well

My Food was absolutely amazing. The team did an amazing job. They all have good customer service. One stubborn old man can in and was a little much but everyone of the team did their best to please him. Best team work and customer service I have seen in a really long time. No matter how annoying the old man got, they didn’t let it get to them. Best service in a long time.
