Ordered a cake for my daughter's baby shower, my whole experience was wonderful. Answered all my questions and concerns, cake was ready for pick up on time. They were friendly and professional. And cake was beautiful & delicious and my daughter loved it. You made me the hit of the shower plus they spelled the name correct lol would definitely use again, I highly recommend this bakery. Ginger was more than helpful and accommodating. I was ordering from Ireland to be delivered in Cookeville TN. Gingers Mom, I believe, at Katheys Kakes baked a lovely birthday cake and Ginger delivered as ordered with pictures and feedback all the way. Looking forward to paying a visit next time I'm in Cookeville.

Delicious food ! Great for parties!

I have used them twice for birthday cakes and both times the cakes were SO MUCH better then the picture idea I sent. The best part, though, is that they tasted even better then they looked. They were amazing, and I got told that so many times during the parties. Ginger is a pleasure to work with...An absolute gem in the baking world!

After being ripped off by another bakery in town, I was a little wary of trying Kathy's. My wife ordered a carrot cake for me to pick up. Ginger was fabulous, very helpful, and eager to help me with any questions I had about their catering services and food items. Great people, great customer service. And, yes, the carrot cake was outstanding. Can't wait to go back!
