Slow service...more like NO service.
Is it standard practice for your employees to totally ignore a line of customers in the dining room because the drive thru is busy? Stood there a good 5 min before I asked if anyone was taking orders and was met with a very rude “no we are too busy right now” and turned around and ignored us. Ordered two chicken sandwich meals to go. The buns were so stale, you could hardly bite through them. I knocked it on my dashboard, and it sounded like a rock. We threw them out. No question the person that prepared them knew the buns were beyond stale! I tried to post a video, but it wouldn’t let me. I have a picture of my receipt and a video to prove it was a KFC order. Beyond disappointed in my meal!
