I ordered my chicken mobile and went and picked it up within 10 minutes. The skin was falling off the chicken. The skin was soggy as heck! I had to literally put the chicken in my air fryer and cook it even more. When I called to tell the store about my order , they wouldn’t answer. I called 4 times. No answer. I live 20 minutes from town. No silverware or sauces in the bag either. And I ordered a family meal. This food was undercooked and absolutely disgusting.

The lady took about 5 min to get to me when I was placing my order. She was the ONLY cashier running the front and drive. The food was ok. Tenders were not fresh. Biscuits fell apart not in a good way, my drinks were to carbonated, the poor drink carrier fell apart i went to carry my drinks in and the all fell and busted because the carrier falls apart when the littlest bit of moisture gets on it. The carrier slots are so small and not near deep maybe one inch deep if that. And to beat it all cost is outrageous. I spent over 26$ on 2 #8 tender meals that weren't even edible. It's been a while since I visited this location and honestly it will be the last time. Now I know why there was no customers inside when I walked in and only one in the drive at 4pm. It's been a long time since I was this disappointed in my food order. After reading other reviews I wish I had read them first. Apparently they dont own up to nor fix their mistakes at this location. This will not stand with me and I will do something I NEVER do tomorrow. I'll be calling corporate. No matter if thos is a corporate or a franchise location they will have a corporate person who is supposed to make sure they maintain KFC standards.

Maybe they were short- handed since a new hire was being interviewed about uniform, etc. Dining room looked like it had not been swept or mopped in several days. We were the only diners for quite a while and several tables were dirty; in fact I spilled a cold drink and offered to clean it up but was told someone would come out to clean it up. Unfortunately, during our lunch no one came out to clean up the drink or any of the other tables or sweep the dirty floor.

Computer didn't work to take order, no drink lids, no ice, no help... Our KFC bowl has 3 tiny Lil pieces of chicken. That's it. If they correct these things, probably be decent.
There were only two people filling orders and they kept begging for someone named Betty to get out of the office and help them but she wouldn't. It took twelve minutes to get my order.

Inside dinning room, bathroom is absolutely filthy.. the floors have not been moped is ages. Wall paper is coming off walls all along the inside. If dining area looks like this then imagine what kitchen area and food prep looks like. Staff were friendly.
