Service was very poor, got to the window to order. The window operator stated what they was out of instead of what they had. I asked what did they have and she told me but refused to sell it because it was close to closing time.

Our server, Betty was great! Friendly and inviting. The store is nasty, thought I would need a tetanus shot after I walked out. Food was awful, no biscuits instead gave us toasted bread. Apple poppers were decent but would have been better with icing

Potpies have went to the size of the 1.00 ones at the grocery. DisappointedChicken special with thigh and leg would have been worth the deal but again, No crispy chicken available. So I'm sorry to say the 2 original legs were so dry. The 4 bites of chicken

We waited for 10 minutes in the drive thru and another 20 minutes for our food.
I’m all for kindness, but when you order an 8pc bucket and sides, wanting to order extra chicken breasts, and they say ‘oh, there’s two large breasts in every bucket’, and you get home and NO chicken breasts in the whole bucket. That’s just wrong! Hopefully kfc isn’t trying to cheat on purpose. I know it’s hard to find people that will show up. It makes it so hard on those who do. I did try to call the store, but they don’t have a manager to pick up the call…. It’s a sad day at kfc.

The chicken wasn't there highest quality and I think it sat around under a heart lamp too long. Also asked for the 2 piece dinner and was told they only have white meat and I wanted a thigh and leg with dark meat.

A very sweet lady, Angel, was working the front counter again today. She was also there last week when I'd stopped in between my two jobs. I'd gotten some worrisome news about a close family member's health that day. Needless to say, I'd come in all kinds of stressed out, states away from my family member. But Angel! ... she was just 100% sweet & nice as can be. Sometimes it's the small things that can make or break our days ... It was great to see her again today! She was just as sweet as can be again today!Btw, my family member is recovering & will be fine. And, Angel had no idea how stressed I was or what was going on, but she was just so very sweet & kind that day AND today, too!
They still have the inside closed, probably due to lack of workers? Famous bowl was not good today. The popcorn chicken they put in it was hard, inedible strips of overcooked breading. I took out almost all of it. Definitely felt ripped off :(
