“On Mar 10, 2023 at 5:13 I placed an in store order (5005942) for a Specialty Supreme Pizza and Italian Cheese Bread from Little Caesars in Livingston. Larry, took my order said that it would be ready in 20 minutes. I was there in 25 to pick up my order. When I arrived home and opened the boxes of well awaited yummy pizza and bread, I noticed that the pizza was not fully cooked. The center of the pizza was a bit soggy and the pizza was cold. The Italian Cheese bread was overcooked and dry; it too was cold. For as long as I've bought pizza and sides at Little Caesars in Livingston, I have NEVER been disappointed with the quality of the food; it's always been great! Of course, this incident will not deter me from being a customer of this restaurant. I understand that mistakes are made and that sometimes not everyone is on top of their game, so to speak. I wanted you to know about my experience so that this does not happen to someone who is not as understanding and compassionate as I am.On a good note, Larry's customer service skills were awesome. He was attentive and helpful.“
