Came in at lunchtime. Had a bloody Mary, queso and a Coors light. I was the only one at the bar. No one else sat with me to have a beer. Nice place though

Got the steak, loaded mashed potato and rancher 'Rita. Everything was good but not the best quality for the price. Otherwise it was a good meal. Would go again.

My mother recently visited Logan’s in Cookeville, and the experience was absolutely unacceptable. There was a simple mix-up with her payment, as the card she handed them wasn’t working. Instead of handling the situation respectfully, the manager on duty — Brian Schramm — was extremely rude to her. He embarrassed her by insinuating she didn’t have enough money to pay and then made a snide remark about her not having multiple cards when he asked if she had another form of payment.
There is absolutely no reason for a paying customer, especially an older woman, to be spoken to that way over an honest mistake. His tone was disparaging, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary.
Because of the way she was treated, our family will never eat at this Logan’s again. Management should be setting an example, not humiliating guests. Logan’s needs to take a hard look at how their leadership is treating customers.

I went to Logan’s roadhouse after I went to the movies. The buffalo wings I had ordered were a little burned, and the sauce they used was a sweet buffalo, but it didn’t really taste like buffalo, but I enjoyed it. The fried pickles were also good. My family seemed to enjoy the rest of their food, and the waiter we had was nice and new, also the drinks were nice. They also do military discount and student discount if u go to Tennessee Tech University.

Very poor quality on carry out. Got the chicken strip dinner. Asked specifically that make it fresh. When I got it the fries were room temp and the chicken looked like it was left over from the day before. If you get carry out check it before you leave.
