I had half of a club sandwich and a cup of broccoli cheese soup that came with a pickle spear. Peach sweet tea to drink. The staff is friendly, courteous and helpful. Very clean and inviting dinning area.

We were very impressed with the staff at this location. We visited about an hour before closing and were met with friendly staff who were attentive, professional, respectful, and focused. The food was prepared quickly, and while there seemed to be comradery among the staff they were also attending to the duties that needed to be done like mopping, clean up, etc.

So yummy! I've been looking forward to a rueben sandwich all day! We stopped here with our band kids before the football game. Service was quick. The older gentleman clean our table before we sat and brought out our plates and everything. My rueben was a little light on saurkraut and he went and got me some more. Then it was almost as if he read my mind but asked if I needed a to go container and cleared our plates for us. I would definitely recommend eating here again.

We love McAlisters Food and the service! I learned on my recent visit that the tips I have been leaving for years through the credit card terminal do not go to the servers and staff of the restaurant. They just go to the corporate coffers. This is extremely deceitful!! I will no longer be leaving tips this way.
UPDATE 091424 - After posting this review, McAlisters didn’t deny it. They emailed me and tried to get me to call them so they could “explain.” No thanks. And by the way, when we went back in, I saw a tip box on the counters and I said “Oh, does this mean I can give y’all a cash tip?” They said “No we don’t get those either.” I am just flabbergasted!!
Ordered a cesar chicken wrap for lunch and it came with no cesar dressing on it so it was incredibly dry. I had to take it apart to put my own dressing on it at home and the wrap completely fell apart. 0/10 horrible experience
