We ordered on the app & picked up our orders. There were 5 of us headed to Gatlinburg & all ordered their turkey with pepper jack cheese, honey mustard ( 2 of us reg. Mayo ), pickle & choice of chips. Two words (The Best)
That was the best sandwich I've eaten since my father died, and he would have been impressed. The potato salad is the best I've ever been served in any restaurant. The brownie was great, too. This was my first time at McAlister's Deli, but it won't be the last.

Food was BLAND, and prices are ridiculously high. $40 for 2 people and all we had was sandwiches. Better places in town for half of the price.

Ordered a turkey club to go. Got home with it and there was no bacon and very little turkey. For what I was charged and what I received, it wasn't worth it! Will not go back, will not recommend! An overpriced sandwich that I could've made at home .....and better. What a rip off! My evaluation.....this place sucks!

I can't stand this place I worked there not long ago I was there maybe a month and they just quit putting me on the schedule and never got ahold of me to tell me why. The general manager there is the most unprofessional gm I've ever worked for also in many different ways

The food was delicious. I realize the cost of everything is up . 27.00 for a Jalapeño Crunch Sub ( maybe 9 inch) bag of chips , coke, and a veggie baked potato.Then they prompt you for a tip . With fast food workers making 14.00 + do we still need to tip? I probably will not be back too much money.
Food is overpriced for what you get. Service is ok. Don't know what is going on but it smells absolutely horrific when walking in the carryout door. Smells like a dirty gym bag and stinky feet??? Not sure why a restaurant would smell like this!!!

This is a management failure:This is off my list for anytime. Walked in and the line is to the door. No problem it will move fast, nope. One register open, the one next to it broken and they didn’t have enough sense to open the to go pick up register. A 29 minute wait to place my order. I get to the counter and she tells me it is a 30 minute wait to get my food, not enough kitchen help.
Everything is delicious and fresh ... The only thing is I cannot have black pepper.... They need to add that to the list for option to have or not to
