I went to the McDonald’s on Willow and Jackson this morning. I placed my order and also ordered 3 extra orders of bacon. When I got the order there 3 strips of bacon. Thinking this was a mistake, I went in and asked about it. I was told that an extra order of bacon IS one strip for $2.49!!!!! That is absolutely ridiculous. So I ended up paying $7.50 for 3 strips of bacon. What is wrong with you people??????? This is beyond inflation, it’s robbery!!!

You just gotta love when the manager states “we sell our pies past expiration all the time, they’re just fine” when you call in about getting pies that are expired and want a refund. 10/10🎉
I called back this morning, and this manager was a lot more responsive with the situation. They assured me they would be taking care of the issues from last night and offered me a refund for the order.

I was sitting in my vehicle at marathon right beside the McDonald's on Jefferson jus minutes ago and this elderly man from I'm out of town came up to me and was inquiring about what time runs today and then asks me if I would go in McDonald's and get him two egg McGriddles if he gave me the money to get them because they would not allow him to come in and order to them assuming he was homeless because he wasn't in a vehicle....which shouldn't matter even if he was he wasn't doing anything wrong. So I did. It is absolutely heartbreaking and completely disgusted me the unprofessional and discriminating behavior this McDonald's has shown and has been showing the homeless ppl of our town. Says a lot about the character of this store and it's employees. 😠😪👎👎👎👎🖕

Guy at the window held up the line talking to other cars making people wait. Then proceeded to not hand me my McFlurry that was sitting RIGHT NEXT to my food until I pointed it out and he looked at me like I was crazy until I mentioned I can pull up the receipt then he finally handed me my McFlurry. I ordered a SPICY mccripsy deluxe and I’m wondering why on earth I got a regular deluxe with mayonnaise. Everything’s correct they messed up my sauce and didn’t bother remaking it.

Im on oxygen nd walked there wasn't to far, but far enuff for someone on oxygen. When I walked in I was so outta breath nd ready to collapse I barely made it to a chair. As I was sitting there trying get my breath another customer camera over nd attendance to me. None of the employees offered to make sure I was alright or checked on me after that other customer had left. I sat for 15 / 20 mins before I could move. I then made my way up ordered my something to eat the one that took my order was nice but they all just seen what shape I arrived in none of them offered to bring my tray out to me.. I wouldn't give this Mc/Donald's a score over 2.

Over an hour spent at this location trying to get three apple pies. I’m not exaggerating. Their ice cream machine was “broken” of course, so I got out of line to call my fiancé and see if they wanted anything else. Got back in line to get the pies. Ordered three, received two. Got BACK in line for (and I’m not exaggerating) fourth minutes, got the third pie, and it’s blueberry. Editing because now that we have opened them, all three are blueberry, two in apple boxes.

Apparently this McDonalds is NOT open 24hrs or they work whatever hours they choose. However, this lobby is NOT open 24hrs as so advertised. Have been here on several occasions and the lobby was NOT open, only the drive though.
Why bother offering frozen drinks if the machines are always down? 3 times in a row I've been here and every single time, the frappe machines are down.

I am a frequent flyer here at the good ol McDonald's on willow in the morning. When I tell you, I love the breakfast crew I mean it. Sometimes I'll pull up to order and they will put my order up before I get to speak ( because I always order the same thing lol) and I can be a little difficult because I love me some breakfast sauce and I always order extra, and on occasion they might forget and they NEVER give me any problems, they are always so sweet... and I know I can be annoying about my brekky sauce but boyyyy do I love that stuff!! The morning crew gets 10 stars from me!
