This establishment rustled my jimmies! The poison inside the food had displayed horrific! The sausage mcgriddle tasted like cleaner chemical and had made my mom projectile vomit going down the road! Her clothes, covered in yellow green! The car! Covered like jackson pollock! Apple slices smelled like rubbing alcohol. . . 🤧 also there was no card

There literally were no tables cleaned. We had to ask someone to clean a table for us. No napkins out in lobby, trash overflowing in all trash cans, floors were sticky, we were the only ones inside. The women's bathrooms were nasty!!!! There were ants in window seal due to food. I have included pictures of everything. This was July 30th between 6:15pm and 7pm.

It was empty had the whole McDonald's to myself a very rare scene but anyway bathrooms were clean everybody was friendly just a typical McDonald's pretty good

They can't get your orders right, Once they forgot something and I brought it up and they said it is as it is on receipt, and showed the receipt and it's not. I got robbed of some food. No where in the bag was my food, I ordered burgers with nuggets, not just nuggets.

Had a homeless person talk to me in the drive through, the service was good for the most part the food was alright, the chicken nuggets were cold. I know it’s connected to a gas station, but they should try to figure out how to make this a safer place.

Ordered with the app. Ordered the buy one-get one free hotcakes. Can't modify either. Look at the tiny bacon strips. Only 1 syrup pack for the entire order. I went back and they gave me 2 more but had i driven off...
Me and my mother and law made a trip over there after a long day and we just ordered a 5 dollar meal deal, medium fry, and a small lemonade they gave us everything but when we recieved the lemonade it looked water down so we asked if it was for sure lemonade and she said yes in a very rude manner my mother in law said sorry it just looks diffrent then the lady shut the window in our face she sent the manger to give us the rest of the food he was no better than his employee cause when he handed us the rest of the food we said nicely this taste watered down he said well I'll go remake it from the same machine we got the first one from in a very ride manner clearly annoyed he came back and my mother in law stated that they have came off very rude asked for his name and the ladies name he refused to give it to us and continued to open the window and shutting it literally telling the crew we were yelling at him we spoke very calmly to him and if thats the manger mcdonalds do better ive worked in the food industry long enough to know you dont treat customers the way we were treated tonight ecspecially by a MANAGER if i could rate 0 stars i would

I've tried this McDonald's twice thinking maybe the food didnt taste good because it was a random bad day... no, I will not stop here again. 1st visit breakfast bagel, they scrambled eggs that looked chewed up and was threw to one side of the sandwich. They also made my drink a large when I did not ask for a large, costing me more money. When I addressed it they acted like I was inconveniencing them, so I said to not worry about it. Hashbrown was discolored and cold. 2nd time, bacon egg and cheese biscuit. At 8am, most of my biscuit was hard, and again another discolored, under cooked hash brown. I'm not sure why this location is able to stay open with such bad reviews and the food being so bad. I will drive 15min out of my way to Algood McDonald's before stopping here again.

They messed up my order before they even cashed out. I re-explained my order to them then they give me the promo for buy one get one for a dollar and only give me two of the McChicken whenever I ordered four then they ask for the food pack like they’re gonna resell it after I take a bite out of it and put it back in the bag they told me to keep them Absolutely garbage They were also very rude to the lady in the drive-through told her that her cheese was with her happy it was in there. Have a good day definitely will not be back in this location. I don’t care if I’m starving in the apocalypse I will not come here
