We came in about a week ago and ordered through the kiosk. They never brought the food to our table we had to go up there and get it. My iced coffee tasted like there was no sugar at all. Then we had to wait at the counter for about 10 minutes just for a refill on drinks. A couple days ago we went back hoping service would be better but it wasn't. I ordered my daughter a happy meal with extra fries instead of apple slices (she is allergic to apples). When we got the food there was apple slices instead of extra fries. I went up to the counter to let them know and the girl just gave me dirty looks. Then I asked for an extra honey mustard and some mayo and she acted like I was bothering her. And then we went to go get a refill on our drink and once again it took several minutes (and no they weren't helping other customers they were just standing around). Not sure I will go back to this location again.

By far the worst McDonald's in the area. They can never get an order right. You always have to wait. Ya order diet coke ya get Dr pepper. The lady manager in the morning always thinks it's a joke and funny when you have to turn around after waiting 10 minutes for your food and half of it's cold and the other half wrong she just laughs and makes it seem like a joke like ohh they messed up your order again. Lady it never been funny. Never will be. When I'm ya do have to walk in for an issue with the drive thru they all look at you but never want to help you out. I've wasted hundreds of dollars over the last two years on this place for them to very rarely get it right or even hot. We've even had a raw quarter pounder before. That was real disgusting. Stay away go to the one on Willow instead and save yourself the headaches.

I have never had a worse experience in the Drive-Thru. We were trying to decide what soda we wanted. We told her a coke the menu kept flashing so we didn't know what they had , Example - whether it was Mr pibb or Dr pepper or Sprite or stary. She told us to drive forward four times while there was a large truck in front of us. We were unable to move and we didn't even finish our order. This place is pathetic the service is terrible I would not recommend if I could give it zero Stars I would.
