Constructive Criticism: Using Google Maps, we circled the building about three times, finally we pulled in after seeing a "Boba Tea & More" sign & thought we'd try that instead. (We were initially after ice cream)..
After deciding what we wanted on their online menu for a good 10 minutes, my 10 yr old was thrilled, running towards the door, only to find out they were closed. It was nearly 3 pm.

So sad. We were in town and wanted to support local. Showed up 520p on a Friday evening. No milkshakes. They ran out of milk. The employee was very kind, but when you specialize in dairy beverages, you can't run out of milk. Surprised, there was no one who worked there that could go buy more milk instead of miss out on business.

Very disappointed. We stopped in believing we would get fun milkshakes. Very few flavors available in the cooler. (Not what the menu showed online) We then realized that when we were told all we had to choose from was what was in the cooler that we also had to look to see if the container had ice cream in it. Half of them were empty.Half our group ended up leaving when the vanilla ran out leaving them with only three flavors to choose from.When adding toppings they were out of many we wanted. Our son was very sad when he ordered the donut as his topping and it was just a white powdered donut, NOT the donut shown in their pictures online and hanging in the shop.Overall the ice cream we did get was good. The 2 stars come from the lack of supply.Also, they need to think about changing their music. We listened to the SAME song on repeat the whole time we were there. It became really annoying!!Very high price for what we got! The pictures online made it look like more than what it really was!!

Small place. No menus to order from except a flipping screen that changes too quickly before you can decide. Prices were higher and different than the board said they would be and they had no glass jars as advertised. The person working didn’t tell us we had to pick the toppings we wanted to be added and again you can’t see them on the screen fast enough, we were offered none. Flavors were great but ordering experience was frustrating.
