The owner is such a sweet lady, and she makes amazing food!Without a doubt, this is the best Thai curry in town. I don't know what their secret is, but the green curry here is ridiculously delicious and bursting with flavor. My boyfriend is obsessed with the Thai iced tea and pineapple curry. Neither one of us can go more than a few days without ordering from here.It's important to know that this restaurant is small and designed primarily for ordering takeout. They have some bar top seating inside, but it's minimal. Dine in or takeout, your food will be served in to-go containers.I've also seen a few reviewers complaining of price hikes and portion cuttings. That hasn't been my experience at all. My Thai has kept their prices below that of every other Thai place in town, and food portions haven't changed as far as I can tell. Also, the owner regularly gives free Thai ice teas to people who order more than $20-$25 worth of food.Vegetarian options: Most anything on the menu can be made with vegetable or tofu substituted for meat.

Undercooked oily “phad Thai”I ordered chicken phad Thai.This is a hole in the wall spot, you’d expect authentic amazing food especially with all the high ratings.There are only a few bar stools, not child friendly. Our food was served in take our boxes. I had to ask for an extra plate since we were sharing.. tiny styrofoam bowls were given. The phad Thai was undercooked and very oily. They don’t even have peanut sauce there! Who doesn’t have peanut sauce in a Thai restaurant?! So then how do you make phad thai?. The chicken was dry and shriveled and barely there… I had to ask for cups of water. Definitely not what I was hoping. Would not recommend. Our hunt for a good Thai place continues… this little town deserves good food :( AVOID THE STOMACH ACHE

We come here all the time and love it! They are very friendly, and ALL the food is great. They offer a cash discount and a free Thai iced tea if your total is over $20! I recommend calling ahead and ordering to avoid a 20 minute wait. The only Thai we will ever eat in cookeville:) The only downside is there’s no dining room, just a few seats or take out, so we often eat at Dogwood Park.It seems like the foodservice Industry has gotten way more expensive and way lower quality since Covid, so it’s nice to have a little local place with friendly faces and reasonable prices in town to support❤️

I love this place, it is the best spot to get Thai food in town. The amount of food you get for the price you pay is unreal. I’ve tried just about everything and have never been disappointed, my favorite dish is the drunken noodle with chicken.
