Food was bland, service slow, and they were out of pie before 3:30 on free pie Wednesday

We always have a good experience eating at O'Charley's restaurant 😋. The food is great 👍.

I came to this establishment to have Father’s Day lunch with my father. I requested a table for 12. I was told it was An hour and a half wait to come back in an hour and a half. To come back then. So I went to sit in my car with my four children cause it’s over 80 degrees outside. The hostess didn’t ask me for my phone number and didn’t even give me a pager to let me know when my table will be ready. So when I went in to see if my table is ready, they informed me that they gave up my table because they called my name an they looked all over for me outside, apparently and couldn’t find me. To which I told them, the hostess told me to come back in an hour in half but when I said this, she came off with no I didn’t. Yes you did, honey cause you said it in front of my children, and they even said that you said it.At this point I was beyond annoyed so I took my children and left. If it’s gonna be a long wait You should really start taking people’s numbers or giving them a pager so they don’t lose their spot that they’ve been waiting for especially when they have small children and a big party to feed.

It was great

We attended a repast here and the family was over 40 people. We all enjoyed our food and our family time. Delicious food! The servers were great and even found my son’s lost chapter book and artist pad.

I was really disappointed there. The food was hot but bland. The service was slow. They messed up my husband's rum and coke. The coke was out and the waitress said she thought it would be ok. The atmosphere was ok.

Update: came back in for the first time in years. Cass, bartender, was absolutely fantastic and made me feel very at home closing the restaurant down. No pressure, just a wonderful casual dining experience with a knowledgeable and kind bartender.

Wonderful dining experience, exceptional waitstaff, highly recommend this location.

I was pleasantly surprised at the food & service we received. I will return soon.
