steak was burned on outside making it tough to chew. hardly any butter on the baked potato, too much butter on the broccoli, Everytime I took a bite it ran down my chin. mozzarella boomerangs were over cooked. Plus their bread sucks. Some locations are great, like one that I went to out of state, but the Cookeville location SUCKS & I will not be giving them my business again. My go to has been & will be Logan's Roadhouse.

Another great Outback. Can't go wrong with this place. The only issue I had was the men's restroom was worse than a outdoor gas station bathroom off a country highway. The strong smell of urine was evident walking up to the men's room and once inside I wanted to leave immediately only held back by nature's call! But the service was fantastic as was the food

Worst Burger I have ever had. Sorry hate to say it. Tasted like eating a wet piece of cardboard. But on the other hand im thankful to be able to have the opportunity to go out and eat.

Have had Outback numerous times. Seems as Outback is slipping away. Tried the Blooming Chicken, broccoli and baked sweet potato. The chicken was good. Nothing spectacular. The broccoli was ok and the sweet potato needed help. Must have been cooked too long. One end stiff and hard not soft and eatable. Overall is was ok. Just seems the quality is not what it has been.

The waitress messed up our order then tried to make it sound like it was our fault. Also told us that we were going to get some bread and didn't bring it out there until we mentioned it again.

It took us 25 minutes to get drinks. Worse service we've had at an Outback and it was during the middle of the day with them not slammed. Ended up walking out. Their food before has been great, but they dropped the ball and it's made us a never again customer for the Cookeville location. Hopefully management picks it up.
Service was great. Our waitress was awesome, food arrived fast. Everything was delicious.

The food seemed like it took forever. The steak had a good flavor but was hard as a rock. We had to ask our server for everything. We got until the food come out.Then we had to get him to go away so we could eat
