This was a mediocre experience for an Outback Steakhouse. This is honestly one of the worst NY Strip steaks I have had. It was tough, over cooked, and heavily seasoned to cover up the low quality beef that was being served.
The shining star was the service which was on top of their game. I do not think I would return to this location.

We came in on 29 November expecting somewhat OK service and decent food and left with our minds blown. Our server, Joanna M, did such a fantastic job. It really changed our impression of this place. Not only was she prompt on time and funny she was handling us, as well as many other individuals in there with such grace and kindness that I’m not used to seeing at this time of year. She made our drinks were full. Make sure we got all the extras we needed from sauces to lemon in our glass of water. it was such a breath of fresh air to come in and have such a pleasant dining experience. Not only was the food wonderful the recommendations for it were on point. I can’t wait to come back and have more.

When arriving to the restaurant there was no wait which was good however I was sick right behind the hostess which the volume was not as desired. The food was absolutely disgusting undercooked steak in mashed potatoes were extremely runny. However the waitress Bethany amazing at customer service!
