Nice clean restaurant, friendly staff, and a lot of delicious food to choose from. I highly recommend.Parking: It is located in an area that has plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: My daughter picked this restaurant to go to for her birthday. Kids are welcome just like adults are. We enjoy going there as a family.
Food was flavourless, like almost entirely devoid of seasoning, I am honestly shocked by how little flavour anything had, and how just gelatinous most of the meats were.Price wasn't terrible at just under $30 before tip for 2 people (water no pop), the service was fine like I'm not wow'd but it's also a buffet so whatever, but I am just dumbfounded by how bad the food was.Hibachi by Walmart, and Taste of China by IGA are so much better for the same price or lower.Edit:Turns out I also got a minor case of food poisoning. Nothing crazy, but it was an unfun time for a couple days.

There are 4 Chinese buffets available in Cookeville. After today Panda Garden ranks #5 for me. The food that wasn't overcooked was barely warm. Flavor was sorely lacking. Fried foods were greasy. The host was like a policeman trying to keep a crowd moving. There was not a welcoming atmosphere. They have a huge selection, but with little flavor it doesn't matter.
