Panera Bread

Walked in and My mom and I immediately noticed how clean this Panera was! We just got finished with a 6 hour drive from North Carolina visiting and thought we'd have a quick meal so we ordered to go, To our surprise it came out in less than 10 minutes because Saturdays are expectedly busy, and we both got you pick two's!! My Mother is Vegan and thoroughly enjoyed the poppyseed chicken salad, The meal itself was very delicious and the staff was very friendly too, We forgot to order coffee's after we had ordered and the young lady at the cashier insisted we have them anyway, The young women at the window told us to enjoy and were just as kind, We were very satisfied with this Panera and impressed, in hopes to come back in the future! Way to go Cookeville Panera!!

We were in Cookeville Tuesday Aug 19th 2025 for a meeting we were early and had time for a lunch my husband spotted a Panera Bread he knows how much i love Panera most of the ones where we would vist have closed and we really miss Panera . We just want to say this Panera in Cookeville is superb every thing was clean bathroom was spotless and food was fantastic and super fresh . We are extremely picky I am a good cook so I can't eat bad food . I make alot of fresh from the garden to the table recipes. I honestly can say it felt so nice to have a fantastic lunch that is a great value for money my husband had the fugi apple chicken salad I had the turkey bacon brovo and Greek salad the pick 2 .which is a 1/2 of a serving of each And we got a cinnamon roll and unsweetened tea we enjoyed everything. Keep it up Panera. And I also want to say the staff were very polite , clean and dressed very nicely. We hope to see you again soon .

So disappointed with Panera Bread Cookeville. It used to be very clean when it was just opened and enjoyed it. But lately, it’s always nasty from the restroom to the tables & the floor… too sad! Not coming back.

Disgusting food, filthy restaurant. Notified the manager that there were few clean tables, and he thanked me and hustled to the back. They started cleaning when I started taking pictures. Pathetic.

came through drive through ordered mac and cheese it was supposed to come with bread they gave me chips instead. they were probably out of bread but they could have told me. pissed me off.

Every time I buy bread and have it sliced, it comes in all sorts of shapes and sizes, no even slices. That’s if the food I prepay for is even available when I go to pick it up. They have sold items I’ve purchased to someone else multiple times. Panera is supposed to be way nicer than this but this particular location place has terrible management and employees who couldn’t care less.

Ordered 2 big boxes of coffee and they had the audacity to call me the next day and say we are not filling your order. Not when they opened at 6am. But, 30 minutes before my 8:40 pickup time. Went to my event with 40 pissed off people expecting coffee.
