Today was the first and last time I will eat at a Panera Bread! Out ragious prices, what you thought you are paying for food was not even close to the prices I did pay. $26.00 for lunch for two, half of Sandwich and a drink! Never again and the food was not that good!

me and my mother went here for the first time. we got two sandwiches, mac and cheese, baguette, and 2 coffees. $36 total (not counting tip.) the coffee was good but the sandwiches were bland and not sure why the bread was cut but not the fillings of the sandwich? baguette was good. mac and cheese was okay. but woah that price was not worth it haha. and atmosphere felt weird

Went in yesterday (10/27) and ordered one orange scone and a loaf of bread. The cashier with gloves on took my money and handed me my change. She then, using the same gloves to make the change, reached in to get my food. I brought it to her attention and she just walked off. No apologies, no nothing. Very disappointed with her handling of the situation. Very poorly managed.

Walked in and My mom and I immediately noticed how clean this Panera was! We just got finished with a 6 hour drive from North Carolina visiting and thought we'd have a quick meal so we ordered to go, To our surprise it came out in less than 10 minutes because Saturdays are expectedly busy, and we both got you pick two's!! My Mother is Vegan and thoroughly enjoyed the poppyseed chicken salad, The meal itself was very delicious and the staff was very friendly too, We forgot to order coffee's after we had ordered and the young lady at the cashier insisted we have them anyway, The young women at the window told us to enjoy and were just as kind, We were very satisfied with this Panera and impressed, in hopes to come back in the future! Way to go Cookeville Panera!!

We were in Cookeville Tuesday Aug 19th 2025 for a meeting we were early and had time for a lunch my husband spotted a Panera Bread he knows how much i love Panera most of the ones where we would vist have closed and we really miss Panera . We just want to say this Panera in Cookeville is superb every thing was clean bathroom was spotless and food was fantastic and super fresh . We are extremely picky I am a good cook so I can't eat bad food . I make alot of fresh from the garden to the table recipes. I honestly can say it felt so nice to have a fantastic lunch that is a great value for money my husband had the fugi apple chicken salad I had the turkey bacon brovo and Greek salad the pick 2 .which is a 1/2 of a serving of each And we got a cinnamon roll and unsweetened tea we enjoyed everything. Keep it up Panera. And I also want to say the staff were very polite , clean and dressed very nicely. We hope to see you again soon .
