Why do I not visit this place more often?!Words cannot describe how absolutely delicious the food here is.Must try their Butter Chicken!!!!! And they have a mango and yogurt drink that is the perfect ending.We will make it our goal to visit at least once a month. We don’t eat out much- but we certainly will for this place.Thank you!!!!

My husband and I love this restaurant. We have gone here for years. The food is always hot and fresh, a clean and relaxing environment. We take family and friends here to experience great flavor. This is our go-to spot on holidays as the food is never amiss. Absolutely delicious, expect a little bit of heat and loads of flavor! If you’re new to Indian cuisine, I highly suggest the butter chicken (medium heat) and their garlic cheese naan, can’t go wrong.
Every time I travel to Cookeville I visit Persis and I’m never disappointed. I try something different every time and just when I thought I had the best last time I enjoy the new item even more. I highly recommend the Goba 555 appetizer and any of the Naans. The Goba Manchurian is also fantastic if you like a bit more heat.Vegetarian options: Overwhelming amount of vegetarian options.
Food wasn’t good. Chicken was under cooked, food was too oily. When we ordered something spicy, they just put few extra teaspoons of undercooked chilly powder and made it unpalatable. Service needs to be improved as
