As far as food goes, this is not the best Pizza Hut in the country. However, that was completely made up for by the fact that the delivery was very fast and the driver was super nice!

Don't waste your time with delivery. They use door dashers instead of their own employees. If I wanted to pay a door dasher to deliver my food, I'd use their app and services. Not order at a pizza hut location and get a dasher to deliver my food? Maybe let me know if that's what you'll do, so I can decline before wasting my money.

Pretty good pizza but there Customer Service is aweful. Would it kill yall to not act rude & shove ppl out the door...
Ordered pizza on the app when I got off work, stated it would be ready in 20 mins, it took about 10 mins to get there , when I arrived the lobby was full of ppl that were waiting over 30 mins , there was nobody at the register I waited at least 30 mins when I finally was able to ask an employee I told her the app said my order was ready and she told me it just went into the oven…. That was 30 mins I could have gone and got something else and been home….

Once a week I babysit, and no matter what food I prepare I just can't please these two kids. I started ordering 2 medium 1 toppings from Pizza Hut and it feeds me and both of them for under $20 and they love it. Well, me too. Almost every Sunday night, the crew on Neal St. knock it out of the park. I say almost every Sunday because sometimes I don't babysit til Tuesday Or Wednesday. In which case, they still nail it. This has been going on for like...6 months lol I don't know why I never left a review before. They all deserve huge props and bigger raises.

Five ????? across the board for this team at this location. I watched the employees while waiting for my pizza helping out their customers really well. Top notch customer service!!! Please tip very well they certainly deserve it there. And on top of it all no matter how busy they are they still are making the perfectly great pizza. Well Done!!!!
