Really friendly and great tasting coffee. The food is always on par, the coffee beans are fresh, and the staff has always been nothing but wonderful Everytime. Clean facilities, known around town to be the good coffee place :)Dietary restrictions: I’ve had to modify food for my son, the staff worked with me to ensure it was still good ??Kid-friendliness: I’ve brought my happy (hyper) kids inside and the staff or other guests have never made me feel they are unwelcome. Delicious food to keep kids occupied ??

I ordered an avocado croissant and a large Carmel frappe. The croissant was good, but I was very disappointed in how my Frappe was made and tasted. The Frappe was powder, ice, and then filled the blender with water. It did not taste good, nor did it have a caramel flavor. The atmosphere was nice, and the server was OK.

Decided to give this place a try for breakfast... definitely not going back. Ordered a bagel sandwich with bacon and avocado, and a croissant sandwich with bacon and avocado. Received no bacon or avocado on either, and both were bagels. The quality and taste of the everything bagel was very lacking, the "everything" toppings on the bagel were sparse and the texture felt kind of stale or tough to chew through. The egg and cream cheese were good. Whole order was disappointing at best. Didn't try any coffee.

The lady at the counter was nice. The barista made the wrong drink and then got a snotty little attitude when I pointed it out and apparently had stepped one foot over an imaginary line at the counter to get his attention. Would have been totally fine if he'd just corrected his mistake, but not paying attention + unnecessary attitude = not worth it. Get over yourself, it's just (mediocre) coffee.

First visit at Poets and I loved it! It’s so cozy! I love the little dinosaurs on the window sills! The service was great, the employees were very kind and helpful. I got the bourbon caramel drink, can’t remember the name, but it was amazing. Shoutout to the barista that made it and and the cashier who suggested it cold. They also suggested a sandwich called the Hobbs. Stop. It was so good. First time in a long time I’ve actually finished my coffee and food from a cafe. I usually throw it away halfway through. But not this time! Can’t wait to come again :)
Fruit bagel was the perfect mix of sweet and salty! Husband loved the Walnut cream cheese.

Poet's is unfortunately very hit or miss, at least at this location. I have no idea what's wrong with their bagels, if they're stale, over proofed, or just burned, but every single time I order one it's like chewing on rubber. You seriously can't eat it without hurting your jaw. I've tried to get the farm egg probably five+ times in hopes that the bagel will be normal and every time just end up picking off the ingredients. This location is horrible about burning coffee and I cannot tell you how many times I have had to circle back around because they make my spiced chai dirty, to the point where I now ask them to make sure it IS NOT dirty which always makes them roll their eyes or give me a weird look thinking I'm treating them like idiots

Absolutely love this coffee!! I visit every time I'm in town. Try the white chocolate frappe with an extra shot of espresso right on top for an extra boost of flavor! Love this shop.

I go once a week, sometimes 2 admittedly. I get a hot white chocolate mocha, which their coffee is really good, not that froo froo stuff..And I also get a apple butter turkey on croissant, and let me tell you, it's darn good. Pretty sure they make it with love every time. The dude that made it this morning I think put extra love. So good!
