Won't be back here. How can you forget an entire entree in a two meal order?? They pulled me up in the drive thru to wait for my order. Sat there alone (no other cars) for 20 minutes. Not an exaggeration, I checked the time stamp on the ticket. Disputing that charge

Popeyes has the best (fast food) chicken sandwiches in town by far. The restrooms are always clean, the food is always hot and fresh and the employees really hustle getting everything done.

I had the shrimp, Cajun fries, and coleslaw, with sweet iced tea for my beverage. All were excellent, as usual. I love the spicy chicken but the shrimp is great , as well.This trip, I had less than stellar service. I placed my order through the app when I had finished my errands in town and was around 3 miles away. I arrived around 15-20 minutes later, and not only was my order not ready, but they had to find the order because, it wasn't seen by the staff. Once it was found, it took forever to fulfill. Also, a homeless man ,who was outside when I arrived, decided to come in and start cursing and getting loud, as well as getting aggressive with staff and demanding free food. He was told he needed to leave, but persisted with his behavior. He was told that police were being called, and eventually left. This delayed my order even further.Extra food was added to my order as an apology. Altogether, around 30 minutes later I left with my purchase. This location needs better organisation.One last comment: Popeye's seems to be getting stingy with the spicy seasonings in the spicy option chicken, and shrimp in recent times.Parking: Smaller, tight parking lot.
