Ok, I’ll give credit to the workers they were very nice and good at their job. But I will say I’ve never had canes before till now and people over hype it soooo much! I have never tasted such bland food before. I’m a zaxbys girl so I know good chicken and fries. These fries taste like dollar tree brand thrown in an oven half cooked with no salt. The chicken tasted like nothing. The lemonade tasted like dirty tap water with a lemon in it. And the canes sauce tasted strictly like pepper and that’s it. I feel so fooled for listening to yall. Yall some liars it’s BLAND? ? so disappointed I saved this to be my meal of the day.

Excellent Canes franchise here in Cookeville, I've been coming here for a while and after 5 years of my own experience in food service they check every box there is.Clean environment and friendly team members, both timely and high quality food every visit - anytime of day. Aaron in management has gone above and beyond to deliver a quality experience, as well as Stephanie and others whose names I've yet to learn. We will be eating here for years to come!

Good food, good location, good service. But do not waste your time filling out survey! It is 100% about filling out every sort of personal info possible with permission to share your information with anyone one they choose. I strongly resent the premises of "Telling us about your visit" because after being asked annually income, race, sex identity, number in household, ages in house, how many grandchildren and their ages and then more health questions 5hen most doctors ask and ask more a new patient form at vanderbilt!? after getting to private health info that they may share I shut the survey down and I am shutting the door with Canes. The 1st 2 questions are required that you agree to release your INFO AND YOUR IDENTITY. Who needs this info to know if they are doing a good job? No one!

The food is ok but the manager directing traffic in the drive through is not very friendly. When I am a paying customer I expect to be treated with respect, not be insulted orbe degraded because I drive a smaller vehicle when a huge truck tries to run me over while the manager is watching. Safety should be first, but it isn’t at Raising Cane’s in Cookevile, TN. This incident actually happened to my daughter. So this is how the manager treats ladies.
