We love eating here and it is always delicious, no matter what we get. Our last server, Gracie, was excellent, helpful and friendly. The manager came out to speak with us and she was great also. However, we wish something could be changed. We LOVE the seafood boil, however my wife could not get a substitution. She loves snow crab, but not lobster or shrimp. They could not substitute for the crab instead of lobster/shrimp. If that could change, we would eat here every week. I LOVED my shrimp boil. Please consider allowing substitutions.

Our waitress was wonderful. I ordered Lobster Pappardelle Pasta. Now for $31.99 I should've loved it. Please am I wrong for wanting the edible part of the asparagus? Not the ends u cut off and throw away. You could barely chew them let alone swallow. Everything is so over priced anyways. Not a fan.

We have been a customer of the Red Lobster in Cookeville for many years. We can't say enough positive things about Ms. Ramona. She is the best. She is incredibly helpful, very professional and always available to answer any questions. We have lived in many places and explored many restaurants and Ms. Ramona is the most hospitable and kind we have ever seen. Our toddler son Neil loves her.

The food was great. This was the first time I have ever had the Manger, Sheila, take my order or deliver my food to the table. She was terrific. She provided the best service. She was so friendly and nice. While she is not a usual waitress/server, she has the skills and is a great one. Thank you Sheila for making a nice meal into a great one.
Wheelchair accessibility: My cousin is in a wheelchair and the staff made it easy for her to roll up to the table. They didn't complain about moving a couple chairs. It made our evening nice.

Food was delicious. I want to give a big shout out to Sheila the Manager as she stepped in and took over the service as I had been sitting with no service and she took the order and served me. Absolutely amazing person and great manager. She is truly a keeper and shows that she cares about the customers through her doors. Can’t say enough good things about her. You are very lucky to have her in your organization. Will definitely be going back. Due to the wait for service she actually paid for my meal. She went above and beyond!!!
