Absolutely terrible management team. Doesn’t care about their team members, despite how long they’ve been there or their track record as an employee. Cannot discourage you enough from working here. Save your time/efforts and go somewhere decent. Aside from working here, you’re paying for what you get food wise in the cafe.

They changed the pizza again, smaller slices, different dough, very oily, heavy sauce and very doughy/chewy. Tables dirty, 2 if 3 drink machines out of ice, drink hot. Cannot recommend and may make me not renew my membership, since I come here for lunch at least twice a week.

Love the scan & go especially if it's busy. However more items should be discounted for doing this. Also Everytime I come the prices just keep going up. Less variety.

I’m a regular Sam’s shopper and a Plus member. Although I recommend Sam’s I do not recommend their tire center. Went there today to get a tire plugged (mail in center tread). I knew I needed new tires but looked online and tire I wanted was not available. I thought I’d order new tires and get nail hole plugged to hold me over. Sam’s refused to plug the tire because it needed replaced. They said it wasn’t safe. I asked was it safer to send me home with a nail in the tire and they replied “I guess so”.

I had a very rude girl today scan my receipt. She discovered that I had missed an item while paying. I gladly took the item went to pay for it and came back through the line to exit. Trying to make light of the situation I told her she probably thought I was trying to steal those $14 pajamas and I was glad she caught it. She never spoke back. Just looked at me. Both young girls never said a word as I left. They were the rudest workers I’ve ever encountered there and obviously must hate their job because they can’t even acknowledge when someone speaks to them.

I am under cancer treatment and Sam’s was a safe place for me to go. But today there were whole families not wearing a mask. One man kept invading my space so I politely asked him to move away! I guess I won’t be shopping Sam’s till they enforce masks or this virus is under control

They change the hours, and people are rude that works there. This isn’t the same Sam’s Club that opened in Cookeville. Go back to the way things was. Won’t be renewing our membership, and been a member sense 2005

To get out the door after you paid for your items is taking way too long. It is terrible for a company to treat you like a criminal when you get ready to leave. The new system they are using obviously is not working but it seems they could care less. Terrible management decision.
