I put in a mobile order for pick up. When I arrived, I found that someone apparently had stolen my smoothie however, the girl upfront re-took my order and I didn’t have to pay for it, but I was in a huge hurry and it did set me back having to wait for it to be made. There were also no blueberries left in the plastic tub when she went to scoop them and I literally watched her pour just the blueberry water into my smoothie. The entire smoothie tasted watery and absolutely horrible. I ended up just throwing it away. I will be requesting my money back.

I always go and they attend to me very well, except when a chubby girl is there, she is always in a bad attitude, she is a little annoying, when she is there, I do no purchase and I go to another place. The other two younger girls are the opposite of her, they should change her.

The ladies at this location are wonderful. I had an order issue with door dash, and even though it was not smoothie kings fault, they didn’t hesitate to help me and fix the issue unlike door dash. Thank you ladies!

Just the other day...I can’t believe I paid $36.71 for 3 medium smoothies. No add-ons, just the basic Angel Food as they call it (strawberry + banana). That’s $9.29 each before tax and tip. It's completely ridiculous for what amounts to fruit, ice, and a blender.
Let’s be real: the ingredients cost maybe $1.50 per smoothie. Bananas are about 25 cents each. Strawberries maybe a dollar per serving. Add some ice, a dash of yogurt or milk, blend for 30 seconds—and you’ve got what should be a $3-4 product at most. Even factoring in overhead, rent, labor, and profit, Smoothie King’s pricing feels completely out of touch.
Smoothies should be healthy and affordable. These aren’t either. They're overpriced and overloaded with sugar. To make matters worse I Googled the nutrition facts for the medium smoothie I ordered. It has 91 grams of carbohydrates and a staggering 83 grams of sugar!! That’s the equivalent of over 20 teaspoons of sugar. That's more than 2 cans of Coke or nearly 3 Snickers bars!
This is just another reminder of why we need to support local businesses over big franchises. Local spots often offer better quality, more reasonable prices and have a better understanding of the community.

Never had this problem before. Went in place smelled disgusting and the smoothie tasted rotten had to return it. Didn’t even look right. Theres no way they put the right ingredients in it and if they did it was rotten.

July 8: update After placing my review for this awful place a little over 2 weeks ago. i recieved the sounded like automatic replay to the complaint i filled out the info that smoothie king asked for and was told they would get back to me (which i figured that would never happen) and i was correct. Please look up other locations so that you dont waste your money.
Original post: I got 2 smoohies here. They were both the same. Except the small pineapple surf tasted like it has bananas in it. The large pineapple surf tasted off. I get these in nashville all the time and have never had them taste this bad/off! The store smelled like old mop water. Floors were sticky. The employees were unfriendly. And looked miserable. Both the small and large were not full to the top like the other stores do either. Over all i couldnt wait to get out of this store. I used to live in cookeville and when i did the store was way better over all then. Now i am not going to go back to this store again. For the price i paid this was a huge disappointment.
